    Is there some reason you can't pan tones in the toolkit? I'm pretty sure they let you do it in Tone Designer, though I'm not sure if it affects all tones or just the one you save it on. Here's why I ask (skip to 0:40 if you're impatient, and listen for a sec): If you listen to it with headphones, it tickles your brain and feels a bit creepy! 70
