Hello CustomForge, lately, I've been having problems with Rocksmith 2014. It won't put custom songs in even when I put them in the dlc file. I reset my computer a while ago due to issues so I had to redownload it. The dlc folder had no custom songs but Rocksmith itself had all of my custom songs that I have downloaded. If anyone knows something. That would greatly help.

I apologize if this has been asked, and hopefully answered before, but is there a way to make Windows 10 STOP doing whatever it does to the tone cable in the middle of songs? I was having issues with the tone cable acting up on an old laptop. I bought a new laptop and a new tone cable, but am having the same issues. Initially, the tone cable does what it is supposed to do, but in the middle of a song, it freezes for a split second, then continues. The only problem is that most of the time it does this, the notes afterward come up as misses, regardless of playing them correctly or not and the sound is gone. I have to either pause the song, or quickly change USB ports while playing to make it work again. After this, it may go the rest of the time I play or repeat the same issue in 5-10 minutes. Has anyone figured out a fix to this issue? If so, what did you do? I am currently running the most updated version of Windows 10. Thank you,

Did Rocksmith change latency settings in an update?

Recently, I've had to go into my Rocksmith ini file and change "Win32UltraLowLatency=" from 1 to 0. The reason was I went into Rocksmith one day and I was getting a constant popping/cracking noise that got worse whenever I made noise with my guitar. It was unbearable. The only fix I found was to change the aforementioned setting. HOWEVER, I've noticed that I can't get my volume nearly as loud as I had previously. I've tried messing with the gain and volume from with the sound mixer, etc. The end result is that once the volume get's so high it's sound terrible. Sort of like static and electronic noise together instead of a nice smooth note. So I was just wondering if there was some change somewhere that I'd have to have made this change and if maybe there's away to go back to how I had it before. Thanks for taking the time to read and I'd be interested in knowing if anyone else has experienced this issue. -
Hi everybody, RS2014 is giving me a bit of heartburn as performance is so-so and cannot pinpoint the source of the problems. Here are the specs of the laptop I'm using: Lenovo T440SCPU: i5-4300URAM: 12GB (4/8)SSDGPU: IntelHD on CPU, 2gb allocatedMonitor: 55" TV and the game brings it down to 1280x800 or something in that space (I forgot!)Windows 10 64-bitApps installed: Spotifi Windows client, iTunes, Chrome, Steam, Lenovo stuff, XBMC, VLC, 7-ZipLink to full report hereSo when a song is played (either one that comes with the game or CDLC) the play through of the song is visually choppy, audio drops for maybe 1 second once in a while, and when there are a lot of elements the screen can black out for 1-2 seconds. I'm assuming the specs above are more than sufficient (I checked & seemed ok) and went in the .ini file and downgraded some features for graphics. Alas, I don't know where to look anymore. Any advice? Thanks!

After the website went down for maintenance the other day, I have been experiencing a problem where the site loads but there is nothing on it. It only has the search bar, which will not work, and the page navigators which do not have page numbers. They are just empty. Not sure what is going on and any help is appreciated.

I havent really had any issues with rocksmith for a long time untill now. I thoght maybe it was due to rocksmith cdlc so i deleted all of it but it still doesnt work properly ive also tried updating my graphics card but that doesnt help the problem either. The issue is that the game goes reaaaallly slow even though the only thing that is running is rocksmith. whats weird is that games that require higher graphics work just fine and no lag like mmos such as swor. so im not quite sure what the problem is..but at the moment since its going super slow i cant play a song without lossing because of the lag

Hi there! I am Saka and I have an important question regarding EOF ( It's BPM specifically) if anyone can answer. So, What I'm trying to do; Sync Lead, Rhythm, and Bass arrangements up. What was accomplished; I've Synced the starting note for all arrangements at the beginning and up to 1/2 to 2/3 of the way through. Problem; When I change the ending BPM to a faster beat after slowing the beat down for the last BPM change, the notes are cutoff for going off-track/ending of song. So far I've tried almost every possible combination to get around this 'cut' but it ends up happening either way or the notes do not end up being on the right beat. Question; Could someone care to explain or if there is anyway at all around this situation as I've transcribed 27 CDLC so far but this bands (Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas) Tempo specifically constantly changes which makes it all the more harder to comprehend at times. Thank you for those who take the time to read this and reply or give advice.

Looking for help with getting my mac steam version to play. I can get as far as tuning the guitar before it freezes up. I have done everything listed from the previous posts, and when I start the game it says Enumerating Music. No matter if I select a song (cdlc or default) or minigames, it wont load the actual gameplay mode. I get as far as tuning the guitar but beyond that I get nothing :/ I can still strum and hear the guitar but I am stuck with a screen with animated amps but thats it. Only way out is to force quit. Please help!

I am having issues playing songs that have similar song names. Nine Inch Nails - Hurt / Johnny Cash - Hurt. Porbot - Sweet Dreams / Marilyn Manson - Sweet Dreams The Misfits - Last Caress / Metallica - Last Caress Def Leppard Love Bites / Halestorm - Love Bites (And So Do I) Joe Satriani - Cryin' / Aerosmith - Cryin' In some cases the Album art/song titles get mixed up in the song list. like It'll show the Album art for Def Leppard, Say the artist is Def Leppard But have the title as: Love Bites (And So Do I) . the audio will play Def Leppard. But if I try to play it, it'll freeze. Nine Inch Nails - Hurt - Plays audio from the Johnny Cash Version, and also freezes. Metallica - Last Caress - Plays Metallica, has the correct info, but still freezes, while the Misfits version isn't in the list. I've tried to Move these files to a different folder. That hasn't worked. Has anyone else noticed this? and or have any suggestions on how to fix it?
