Hi! I've been trying to make a new custom song on Rocksmith 2014 recently. Everything is done, I've mapped the song and everything but when i try to create the pacakge in rocksmith custom song toolkit there's a problem when saving it. I fill in everything needed and add all the files. But when I'm clicking on generate i get this message: Package was created with errors! See below: Error generate Mac package: Could not find file "var/folders/1f/rm87kszx5cq4wrb457lyhl4r0000gn/T/tmp1c1123f5.dds" How do i solve this problem?

I have loads of CDLC, so i know i am doing it right. I have the .dll file and i tried the patcher, still nothing. They just dont show up on the list. I tried to delete some of the crap ones, hoping there was a limit, but that didnt work. -
I have uploaded already a couple of CDLC's with only lead track. I now wanted to test it on bass, but when I start the song in RS2014 there are no notes. Its just empty. I tried real part bass and real part bass 22 track in EOF but none of them work. I really don't know what i'm dong wrong. Anyone suggestions? Thanks -
Hi, I'm currently working on some songs in EOF. They seems perfect in sync in EOF but when I test it in RS they the first note is good, but after a while the notes become more and more out of sync. How is this possible when its perfect in EOF? Anyone an idea please? Thanks edit: I see now that I placed this in the wrong topic, can i still change it?

Hello, I have just installed Rocksmith 2014 and bought Cherub Rock and I wanted to install some CDLC's, They're showing in "Learn a song" library, but when I click to open cdlc it doesn't show up, only speakers are showing. (sry for my english) Any help? Edit: Okey, downloaded .dll - Solved

Hi, I recently made my first CDLC I finished it today but when I start the song, the notes wont scroll and the song just finishes with 0% accuracy Can you help me? The song was Youre Crazy by GNR if that makes any differnce

I'm really new to the whole Rocksmith world and am blown away by the modding community surrounding it. While the Customs Forge catalog is slam-full of awesome content, it's still missing a couple of my favorite bands/songs. Upon finding an older website, rscustom.net/dlc, I see that people have tracked a lot of cool songs that don't appear in the Customs Forge catalog. My only problem is that it seems not many people use rscustom, and most of the download links I click are no good. So I was wondering if a CDLC veteran who might have a massive library of custom songs could upload some of the stuff I (and probably others) are looking for. In particular, I was hoping for some Volbeat, Five Finger Death Punch, Atreyu, Four Year Strong, Trivium, and any video game based music. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! EDIT: To add on to my post, it seems a lot of the old .dat files for Rocksmith 1's download links are still good. Is there any possible way to convert .dat into .psarc and have it work in Rocksmith 2014?

I'm new at creating CDLC's and after hours and hours i finally got the CDLC with this alert: http://oi58.tinypic.com/5p04fk.jpg Then, tired of failing, i clicked yes and i put the CDLC on the DLC rocksmith folder. It worked but it has a problem. When i play the song, the bass doesn't sound anymore. (The CDLC i made was only for bass). What can i do?

Tonight I noticed on my Steam library that both my Rocksmith and Rocksmith 2014 have been uninstalled from my Steam library. I have not done anything to uninstall them and I think it has something to do with Steam. I re installed both games and when I have loaded Rocksmith 2014, all my custom DLC are gone. I do have my purchased DLC. I have tried using the latest Rocksmith Toolkit to update the App ID on the CDLC but to no avail. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If you have a solution, please share it. Thank you very much.

Hello guys, First of all thanks for creating this amazing website... My problem is that I've downloaded some CDLC songs and when I'm trying to play them I get stuck on a screen and It won't move from that point, does anyone know how to fix this?

hi i am trying to make a cdlc of just so you know by american head charge. got a guitar pro tab thats accurate . i think the song is the 6/8 time signature. the guitar pro tab has a few bars in different time signatures but it is mostly 6/8 when i import the gp file into EOF it totally messes up the guitar riffs. it seems to double the length of each section making it virtually imposable to resync the tab to the track has anyone had this problem and found a way round it or know how to fix it ? i have tried changing the default time sig to match the track before import and it still messes up. i have also allowed eof to use the time signatures notated in guitar pro and it still creates the same problem any help would be great thanks

I'm having an issue with tempo changes. For example in the song Tears Don't Fall by Bullet For My Valentine, the tempo for the solo is 190bpm while the rest of the song is 162bpm. If I include the tempo changes in the track in EOF, after importing it into rocksmith 2014 I encounter a problem where the song just hangs and won't start. Is there a fix for this or am I doing something wrong. The official DLC for Prayer of the Refugee by Rise Against includes tempo shifts so I would assume the game supports them.

Hello folks, Using this to keep updated what I'm working on, how soon it will be ready for release, take requests, get input/feedback, etc. Current Works in Progress: Crosby, Stills, & Nash, Southern Cross Jethro Tull, Up to Me Completed Works: Dio, Don't Talk to Strangers James Taylor, Fire and Rain - Will be adding the bass to this, hopefully...it's a double, bowed bass, and I haven't quite figured out what to do with it. Will be cleaning up the beginning of the song, too. Iced Earth, Waterloo Indigo Girls: Closer to Fine Future Projects: Alan Parson's Project: Sirius and Eye in the Sky - Will include the lead guitar at the end of the song. May do a live version to get the whole thing in before it fades out. Alan Parson's Project: Games People Play Black Sabbath: Die Young, Voodoo Fiddle Fever: Ashokan Farewell (Thematic music from Ken Burn's "The Civil War") Indigo Girls: Nashville Jethro Tull: Rocks on the Road, One White Duck, Quizz Kid, Elegy, Dun Ringill, Farm on the Freeway- I have to transcribe RotR...doing the live version from "A Little Light Music" and have to transcribe Quizz Kid. Have to check on the quality of the tabs I have for Elegy and Dun Ringill. Moved FotF here from in progress. EDIT: March 18, 2014 Abandoned Farm on the Freeway for awhile. Will get back to that one later.

Songs for electric guitar are great but i think sometimes i like to play a song for acoustic guitar. I think its a good for practice rhythm and in the same time to learn a chords. I just downloaded AC/DC 'You Shook Me All Night Long' and its App ID is the 248750-Smashing Pumpkins 'Cherub Rock'. I purchased other songs instead. The App ID for the songs I recently purchased are however not available in the pull down tab of Custom Toolkit 2.5.0.0-25199c63 beta. The songs I purchased are by KISS-'Detroit Rock City', I Was Made for Loving You', and 'Heaven's on Fire'. What happens if I do not update to correct App ID?

I just generated a custom song I've been working on with the toolkit, and made sure to import the two guitar tones I made within RS2014, which had been specified in EOF and given simple, one-word titles (Lead and Fuzz). When I loaded the song up, though, I found that my guitar suddenly had no tone at all and was almost impossible to hear, and at the points in the song where it was supposed to switch tones, it just said the song title with a dash on the top right portion of the screen, but not Lead or Fuzz afterward. Is there a factor I'm not taking into account with tone creation and importing here, or is it some sort of bug?

I do have the Bass Hero Project started, but I am also planning to do other customs to change a bit! What I'm working on: John Lennon - Imagine: Bass is complete, Rhythm Guitar (piano) still needs DD and Lead Guitar (vocals) still needs to be finalized. Tones are yet to be found/created. How to create a CDLC without a background song in EOF.

I trying to figure out how to make a CDLC without it having the background song. I want to make lessons and exercises without the music. I am using Guitar Pro files when I import the tracks. I had to use a random Mp3 in EOF. Is there a way to remove the song? I guess I could use a silent MP3. If anybody know a better way or technique please let us know.
