Thank you for the alternative but I believe the issue was my vpn not letting me access google drive, everything works fine for me now

The link to the google drive file for the .dll is no longer working for me, just loads for a long time and then displays nothing once it's done. Please let me know of any other way to acquire it or when the issue is fixed
