I have songs that i want to put into rocksmith, but there are no guitar pro tabs, is there a way to make them? and how would i do that?

I've been watching videos on youtube about how to make them, But the majority of videos go to the site called Ultimate Guitar.com But they don't have the songs i want? Is there an alternative?
