  1. Think you guys misunderstood the OP's question. Let me rephrase it for you: Is it possible to get banned by Steam/Ubisoft when using CDLC's? Short answer is probably a no.
  2. A cheap splitter box is fine, the more expensive stuff is a waste if it's only used up against RS. Unfortunately, I can't find the inexpensive Silverblade HX3 anywhere, closest thing is probably the Palmer GA 03 which costs a tad more: Palmer GA 03 | Signal Splitter & Switcher | Palmer (palmer-germany.com) @ToshiroKarai I think he asks since Asio4All is known to be worse than ASIO drivers tailored for a specific piece of hardware. An ASIO buffer up at 512 adds noticeable latency, you might have learned to live with it, but it is there. would at least try to get it down to 128, if you don't get any pops and crackle it should do fine. Upping the audio format also reduces latency to some degree, but same as lowering the buffer, it will cost more CPU resources.
  3. Thank you, figured out how to get an official copy of ffmpeg and dropped it into cfsm. Trying with the default values on a stack of files, will see how that goes, I guess that it scans the max level and adjust db/luf accordingly to what the setting is set to?
  4. Which tool do I need to adjust backing track volume levels and the master level for mainly driven effects? Quite some CDLC's have either insanely high backing track/master volume while for others the effect level is so loud that it is hard to hear the backing track, kind of need to hear what the rest of the band plays when playing from memory.
  5. Since current one only has the bass.
  6. Taken from the post on reddit: In our testing we noticed that some players who use Rocksmith 2014 with other programs may experience stability issues. For those players we've added a temporary legacy branch on Steam that can be accessed with the password "JustInCaseWeNeedIt". We only recommend using this branch if you experience issues after this latest update. Once those stability issues are resolved, we'll phase out this branch." Might want to read the replies below that post, like how to disable auto updates for the game. Good idea take a backup of the working modified game to, maybe we need to run 2014 in offline mode in the future, since it seems like UBI will block what they add to subscription-based RS+ instead of making DLC's available as a onetime purchase for RS 2014. The RS+ library is pretty poor even with the claimed added 7000+ songs, almost all of the 183 Custom Forge songs I downloaded aren't even there. Not sure how many songs RS 2014 comes with, but 439 minus those are DLC's I purchased, pretty much against their subscription-based model where I most probably only play hundreds of their thousands of songs. On top it didn't support ASIO during beta and probably neither now.
