  1. I reinstalled Mavericks and could not get the MacTool Kit to work with Mono.  I used your Wine Version and had success with converting.  It even converted some songs that I did not have success with when I tried the old Mono version in the past!

    CDLC 2 Tab worked fine.

I'll check the other parts of the toolkit and give you more feedback later.

  2.

Yes, using dlcconverter.exe CLI. On "input" argument, use a directory for source files instead a file.

Is there a Mac version to do this as well? (converting PC to MAC).
Yes there is a Mac Version of the toolkit. Not sure about the differences but I know you can convert pc cdlc to work with a Mac.

Yes the toolkit will convert one file at a time.

I would like to convert multiple MAC files all at once.

The PC toolkit used to allow selecting multiple files to convert at one time.  Not sure how the MAC toolkit can be changed to be able to select multiple files.

  3. The old news is that the Custom Guitar Maker feature was added to CSC Toolkit as a new  feature (tab) call Inlay Creator.  This feature produces custom guitar inlays much the same way as the original program.  With the CSC Toolkit version, users can also produce 24 fret custom inlays.

The latest news is that the newest version of CSC Toolkit now includes a new feature also under the Inlay Creator tab that will allow user to modify their game intro screens.  Details, tutorials and help, as well as, a stand alone version of the program Custom Game Toolkit (CGT) can be found at: http://goo.gl/e9HTls. Users can create guitar inlays, customize intro screens, and customize virtually any game image and much more.

I will try to do a Q&A in this thread if you have questions about the new features.

    Enjoy.

Does the Inlay Creator work on the MAC toolkit?  When loading a template on the MAC toolkit, I get the error that the template can't be loaded, maybe does not exist, or is corrupted.

  4. I didn't actually know there was a Rocksmith 1/2012 version until I posted my playthrough video on YouTube and found a playthrough of that one in the related links at the end.

I am pretty sure that I searched for it back on Smithy's Anvil and didn't find it even for RS1, but maybe I only ever searched for it in RS2014 customs.

If you have that version and could send it to me or direct me to a download source, I could unpack it and check and see if that author altered the tuning from Standard E / A440.  And probably would help me figure out other things also.  So sure, if you've got it or know where to get it I'd be happy to compare notes.
