  1. Update, If i start OBS before starting rocksmith, the microphone will work, but not the other way around. That may be a temporary solution however the source of the issue is still debatable.
  2. Perhaps someone here has the same issue or problem that could aid me. Before the update, i just simply took off exclusivity mode with the game and with my input devices and through OBS my microphone would work. Now with the new microphone update regardless if its a webcam, or a headset, or a desktop i'm getting the "error initializing microphone" I've tried turning off every device including ingame rocksmith and outside but its still not picking up any my mikes, if i play any other game theres no issue at all only with Rocksmith. Any ideas?
  3. Hi community, LaMosca here aka also know as ThePsyCrow for Twitch Tv. I wanted to reach out to a tabber that could specificly work on this CDLC for me. Its in the request forms but I need a experienced tabber that can manually put in the notes in some spots since the version I want is from Live from Mexico 1993, The album is Sacred Fire, which i belive has a master recording of it. On the request link i put a couple youtube videos, one in particular is a very good cover to visually watch. The notations for Samba Pa Ti are easy to get but Sacred Fire Live in Mexico version is not as easily to be found, some of it is improvised. If anyone can take on this challenge for me I'd appreciate it as its a song i'd like to perform for my Father as its a special song to him. The sacred fire version is superior than the original in the 70's Forgive me if I posted this in the wrong section, wasn't sure which one was the best section for it.
  4. Thank for all the advice, and PC plum I'll try that technique in calibration next time and thumb my guitar. What do you mean by wishy washy? Do you mean to hit the strings all consistently and at the same time and loudly? I'm still getting some badass crackingly/horrible feedback. I've check all settings, adjusted everything I've seen from my the setup point of view and the cracking/feedback doesn't change in the audio settings from control panel, audio exclusivity, ingame, I've adjusted all that and tampered and its still will be back so I know its none of that. Possibly could be cable, but if that was the case I'd get it on all tones not just acoustic or certain ones. That thumping idea may help.
  5. Maybe the rocksmith community can help me with this issue. When I rebuilt my computer, new motherboard and everything and having a fresh install of rocksmith the problem was only slight. Now the issue im having is once again back. The issue is this, All other tones, from distortion, reverb, clean and so on I have no feedback on, however when using any real acoustic tone (ex Every Rose has its thorn, More than Words, Love song etc) I hear in my speakers massive freedback, crackling and horrible sound. Now i've done some preliminary stuff to test out some external stuff. I've tried USB port 3.0 and while I get a higher quality of sound than 2.0, the problem is still there, and is in 2.0 I've also taken a look in the control panel of my system to see recording devices and sounds and seeing which one is active. By default the rocksmith tone cable is set a volume level 17, and i do not see any sound registration coming from that even if I make it the primary communication device and disable my microphones and other interference. I've adjusted volumes and it doesn't make it any worse or better still get the same issue. I've tried audio exclusivity on and off with no difference, my default engine is set to 4 on the audio lag, mike it turned off in game. So what could be causing this issue, When I have a fresh install on a new computer it was only slight but now its very back and cutting out and feedback is horrendous. Any ideas, solutions would be welcome
  6. The High Quality files are fantastic, audio wise and tone wise you have that pretty much mastered, and with a few adjustments, its pretty solid, once you ready for the second phase to be tested i'll give some feedback on it. Thanks for all your hard work! Much appreciated its my favorite jimi hendrix song
  7. Sure no problem i'll check out the new version once your tampered with it. For the ending of the song, might I suggest try to find the extended version of the song. The one from Rockband 2 for instance it had extended ending that filled out the song and ended on a substained note, where most versions cut off as that part approaches. As far as the camera is concerned it has to have a adjustment, because if you look at many of the songs you'll notice it zooms in on sections and pans out on others when its needed.
  8. Feedback for One Rainy Wish. I love this song, i've requested this song and i'm glad to see someone make it. The Tones-Spot on, they sound excellent and pretty much your great on that. Gameplay- I've spotted a few things that need adjusting. Bring the camera in closer to the fretboard, the majority of the song the camera stays too far out, it should be brought in closer, especially on the parts that are simplistic, the sliding parts the camera should go out a bit to see where you have to go but overall the camera needs to come in closer. Notes wise, most of them are pretty accurate timing wise, however the bends and some notes do not register well or are partially out of sync. During the solo there's 2 spots that need adjusting, as you move into the main solo on the 12th-14th frets, on the little e on the 14th fret, there should be a full bend there on that note, a few notes later you have another bend on the 14th LIttle E however its not just a simple bend its also a bend+trtemolo on that particular bend. Other than than a few timing and sync issues, I'd say this is a excellent CDLC This is the Lead guitar part feedback
