  1. To me the video thing sounds awesome. But the file size get really crazy. Not everyone has cable internet or cracked their phones for unlimited hotspot use. Seeing how the RS screen is somewhat supposed to reflect you looking out from the stage. Why can't there be an actual audience. That has been done, but it kept the file sizes lower and with some tweaking it was fun to see the reaction of the crowd when you were on a roll in a song. Just my $.02!
  2. Did they ever start building the tone data base?
  3. I updated my exceptions in BitDefender AV per the instructions from the site. I'm not getting the AV alert any more. Now I get the following: "An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory: MoveFile failed; code 5 Access is denied" The error window message goes on to say.. Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or Abort to cancel installation. I don't want to ignore the error for fear the program won't work. clicking retry just produces the same error message and code. Any assistance would be a great help.. Thx, Kev I got it squared away... Even though I has set all the exceptions there was a box on another tab that needed to be changed to allow in firewall rules and once I did that and shut the active scanning for 5 min. the program installed no problem. I had a follow on issue... trying to open the program gave me a permission issue.. I tried to open the program a few times as the admin. and nothing.. the same permission issue. I closed it and tried it again and boom, it worked.. Now to figure this program out so I can play some of the awesome CDLC that awesome folks have loaded up for us.. Thx again, Kev
  4. Actually... I went back through some of the threads and found another DLL. and once I downloaded that, things went just fine.. Thanks for asking though.. now I need to look through all the things I need to gather to start building my own cdlc's..
  5. can someone post a step by step tutorial for the xbox 360 users..cant find it on youtube or here the videos are all for pc users. Is your xbox modded yet? If not your wasting your time! It has to be modded before you can use the CDLC on your system..
  6. The updated DLL download worked best for me.. Thanks so much!!!!
  7. I think drugging your files might make them not work as well. Of course, all my Pink Floyd songs are currently on methodone and there's nothing you can do about the Marley songs puffing away all day. The "read me" doc says the following: CDLC Verifier DropletApp for Rocksmith® 2014 - Copywrite © 2014 Cozy1 - Purpose: Verify CDLC Song (*.psarc) files before they get installed to reduce risk of game crashes and/or game save corruption - Usage: Drag/Drop CDLC file(s) onto the console executable file icon CAUTION - There is no overwrite protection in this DropletApp If the quarantined file already exists it will be overwritten Thats what I meant by "drug".. Once that was done toy hit any key to continue.. once you strike a key the window disapears.. There is no information on what is supposed to take place..
  8. I tried this and it really didn't do anything. I drug the file over and hit enter and the window goes away.. That's it.. Is there supposed to be some responce if the cdlc is good or bad?
  9. I have the same issue.. I've tried it with the DLL, with out the DLL, with the DLL and patcher, and then just the patcher alone. I get the DOS pop up only when i launch the game through the patcher.. I also saw on another help thread that there was a second DLL and both shouold be tried but the smaller of the two usually works best.. Any assistant would be great.. Thx..
