Can't find any files here either using different links... http://ignition.customsforge.com/cfsm/download returns a "file not found" beta: http://appdev.cfmanager.com/CFSMSetup.exe gives a 404 not found and http://cfmanager.com redirects to http://ignition.customsforge.com/cfsm which gives us the above mentioned not found issues. Was so excited to see this (cfsm) and then end up running into these issues. Edit: Found this current topic about cfsm Here
