  1. @@Alex360 2.8.4.1-653a4b56 doesn't work either. It appears as a background process in task manager for around 20 seconds before it disappears. No log files. I'm not using the updater, it stopped working for me a while back an I could never get it working again (similar type problem). I just downloaded the zip from the repository and started afresh in an empty folder.
  2. I just tried updating to the latest beta version of the toolkit, as I've not been active for a while. Sadly, when I try to start the toolkit, nothing happens. So I grabbed an older version, v2.8.4.1-0129c79e, from a few weeks back which works fine.
  3. @@brushmaker Have you tried the Y splitter from the guitar into the RC-30's left and right inputs. Then sending the left output to your amp and the right output to your PC via the Rocksmith cable?
  4. He has a PS3. You know that?
  5. @@PCFLYER12001 Some older customs are incompatible with the Remastered update. Repack the songs that crash using the latest version of the toolkit. You might need to delete some of the extra bonus tracks if included, as having too many is one of the reasons to cause crashes.
  6. @@3marproof Have you tried starting the launcher configuration gui with the -set parameter? e.g. NoCableLauncher.exe -set
  7. @@firekorn Thanks, I'll have a look.
  8. Does anyone know if the source coded for the no cable hack is available?
  9. Lube your nut and stretch those strings. 0.09's will help too.
  10. The original Rocksmith game is way more creepy, as the crowd seems to be full of stalkers.
  11. You need to remember, a lot of new charters are the same. Probably why they started using Rocksmith. 1. Yes. The same note can be found on different strings and positions. Same works for chords etc. 2. No. Tabs usually come from UltimateGuitar, which are also not always that great, or are done by ear. Ubisoft use pro musicians, techs, etc. and the official DLC goes through a proper quality control process before release, unlike a lot of the custom songs found here (unless it's a Muse song).
  12. What speakers are you using? Check that the latency isn't being introduced there.
  13. Assurez-vous d'avoir la version correcte. http://customsforge.com/topic/33138-rocksmith-remastered-cdlc-fix/
  14. You might struggle at first. But with practice (like everything else), you'll get quicker. Blocking it is quite easy anyway. Though I'd still advise a beginner to avoid a Floyd Rose setup.
  15. If you look at the waveforms, you'll find that the signal will come out a lot dirtier than the input. Also.
  16. @@TomSawyer2112 Are you sure that will work? https://line6.com/data/6/0a06439c53ca5744bbfd97ba5/application/pdf/Relay%20G10%20(Rev%20B)%20-%20English%20.pdf
  17. Mainly for ground loop isolation. Also, the XLR is line level output so no good if your amp doesn't support that. But it might be an option for some people.
  18. @@missis sumner You spotted the deliberate mistake. :)
  19. @@AxLShiv Search for multitracks in ignition.
  20. I'd recommend this kind of setup. http://i.imgur.com/ljC0u63.png
  21. When I originally authored the chart, I did not have any problems. The arrangement came directly from a GP5 import with no tweaks that I can remember. I was revising the bass arrangement last week and got into the problem when re-building the .psarc. Tried lots of things but just gave up in the end and just used the lead arrangement ripped from the original version for the update. Here is the gp file I've got if it's of any use to you. http://www.mediafire.com/file/c3de5okzrtre13f/The_Fratellis_-_Got_Ma_Nuts_From_A_Hippy_%28guitar_pro%29.gp5
  22. I've had this problem too. Seems to only occur after I use the toolkit to add DDC to the arrangement. New toolkit doesn't throw an error when generating the DDC, but using and older version I get a weird error creating DDC about the first chord having intensity or something, even though the xml looked find. Gave up after an hour... Here is XML. http://www.mediafire.com/file/37qrz6fy0r9v805/PART_REAL_GUITAR_RS2.xml
  23. Could we maybe get an additional user group other than Magna Charter, where the Rocksmith Championship community can place these gods, and identify them to the leachers rest of us? Maybe even a filter in ignition to filter out all the would be's. ^_^
