  1. to add to my above post. I just attempted to play locksmith 2014, and it has loaded the CDLC's that were already in the folder, so the folder is definitely in my computer somewhere...if that helps in finding a solution
  2. I have been using CDLC's with locksmith 2014 for quite awhile now, never had any major issues. Recently I had gone to move and remove some CDLC's from the dlc folder of the game. When I went to Application Support, the steam folder was missing, thus I cannot access the 'common' ' rocksmith' 'dlc' etc folders. I still have rsinjector, still have steam, and both work fine. Any way I can find where the file went or how to solve this? thanks and happy holidays everyone
  3. I'm using the Dunlop Tortex .73 yellow (matt bellamy style) Started playing because of him and figured I know nothing about guitar (at the time) so I essentially copied him.
  4. I am having the exact same problem! have you found a solution yet?
  5. First off, I need to say how grateful I am for everyone who put the effort into making this whole "CDLC" thing a reality, it's absolutely amazing. Secondly, I am pretty useless when it comes to computer....anything, and I am having trouble finding out how to convert the pc cdlc's to mac... Up to this point I am successfully playing mac cdlcs on rocksmith but the only thing I have found for converting are a few not so much helpful posts for someone like me who is pretty rookie with computer If someone can provide me with a step by step, with links to the software needed I would be extremely thankful.
  6. Once you download the RSInjector app, simply place it into your Applications folder (then in your Dock if you want) after unzipping the file from the download link above. You will not be able to launch it. In order to use it, first launch Steam, select Rocksmith from your Steam Library but DO NOT select play in Steam. Then select the RSInjector app and that will launch Rocksmith for you, through Steam, and allow you to play CDLC. I hope that helps. Thanks for the reply... After searching the web I found out I needed to update my OSX and then it worked perfectly..... loving this free access to tons of songs
  7. Hi, I am trying to do the originally posted instructions. When I get to step 6 to install rsinjector, I am getting a pop up stating " Safari can't open the file 'RSInjector because no available application can open it" Do I need to install something else? Or am I just doing this wrong? Thanks in advance for the help. Cheers.
