I'm going to be away from Thursday-Sunday. So, I played it a couple times. Got a decent score to at least hopefully keep me on the board while I'm gone.

Don't know where that little X snuck in. Gonna get rid of that X and try and reach at least 95 before Saturday morning.

Totally missed out on posting anything last week. Was super busy. But Anesthesia is fun. I know some parts of it. But will have to sit down and learn the rest.

My main vice with the Dream Theater song is that I have to tune my bass down into C Standard and then play the 14 and a half minute song once or twice then tune it back up. I don't mind D Standard or Drop C. But tuning my first 3 strings down the extra whole step is inconvenient and my bass does not enjoy it. Which I understand those songs are going to come up, just a personal preference. Feels like there have been a ton of songs that are 6-7+ minutes lately.

Not a big fan of this kind of bands, and i think some of the lead parts are not there (i mean, i hear in the background some kind of solos), correct me if i'm wrong haha :D
And yeah, RR is broken! Here's my score...not the best, my hands are really really tired

There is a lot of jumping back and forth on rhythm and lead because the tab is based on what each guitarist plays on the recording/live. So in this chart it's for the most part the guitar that is slightly panned left is the lead and the one panned more to the right is the rhythm. The rhythm has some things I think that you were missing like the sweeping at the end of the song. It's hard to really denote one as rhythm or lead exclusively since they both alternate on parts that could in their own right be considered rhythm vs. lead.
I have no idea why, but I tried repacking the chart twice and the RR is still broken. Anyone have a surefire way to fix it? Maybe @Mortalo should choose a different song this week and we can use this next week or whenever I'm able to fix the RR.

Does it matter if we use Nacho's version or the other?
This was really good and I only had one miss until the last few phrases where my brain shut off.http://i.imgur.com/1HoMiIT.png

A bit better. Once I can nail the change to the F6 and the arpeggio changes I think I'll pretty much be set on it! Might try a SA run through.

I'd personally give The Lemon Song a straight 9. Once finger placement is learned I found it pretty easy to get into the groove and I do know and can nail all the parts of the song, it just came down to me being lucky enough to nail it all in one go and not have any mistakes on my half or the games half.
As for Starstruck:
Lead - 7.5
Rhythm - 7
Bass - 7

Jesus that C#dim with the high G and the F6 chord are going to be the death of me!

I love playing Billy Talent so I recognized some of the chords, but very tricky stuff. The riffs aren't hard, a little fast, but very doable. The chord changes will be where I spend most of my time this week.

This is actually a great song. Lot of work for the right hand with string skipping and alternate picking. Wish I would've spent more time on it this week. The scores shown below are not so well deserved and were not the greatest sounding playthroughs. Just did this after getting home at midnight from a local show with some hardcore bands. Good jams, but my ears are killing me, night night.

Was stuck around 97.7%, then went into RR and looked at a couple of the lines I wasn't sure of. I hope @Choaralaone didn't think he had this week in the bag.

Great things can happen when you actually warm up before sightreading a tough track. Failed the last phrase, but I'm pretty happy with my first score never playing/hearing this song before. Really fun chart.

Spent a lot of time working on customs today, therefore most of my time I was playing was for testing, so this is as far as I'll go here.

Great guide to cleaning up CDLCs and helping keep them at higher quality. I don't know my way around EoF all too well, though this and other guides are helping, but I was wondering if there is a way to put space between the notes that have sustains touching within EoF so I don't have to go and change all the sustains in Guitar Pro and then import it back into EoF.

It's ridiculous that I got a strike on rhythm because of a one-note phrase, but whatever. Learning the arpeggio and solo sections for Megadeth now!
