Hi all! I'm quite sorry to have gone AWOL for so long. I've gone back to school and I've found that nothing kills your drive to make CDLCs like differential equations and calculus haha. 

 

I hope you all are well, thriving and surviving and such. This pandemic has given me just a bit more time, and I must admit that I've used it selfishly to make more new CDLC rather than fix some of my subpar ones.

 

If anyone would like to test any of these, please have at them! Basically, I just need to know if the custom tones sound decent and are roughly the correct volume. I've tested them all in game and played along in disconnected mode (I've been experiencing USB issues that prevent me plugging in).

I was 17 when this album released, purchased the cassette and played it daily until i worn it out. This particular song was my favorite. I played it 3 times. there is only 1 small thing I noticed about these 2, I added these 2 to my Black Crowes CDLC folder. in alphabetical order Your 2 "The Black Crowes CDLC's" show up in " B " while all the other show in " T "

Is the naming/sorting issue something that only occurs in your dlc folder(s) and not in Rocksmith itself? I think it might just have to do with the way the Toolkit auto-generates the file name - it used to be different. In this case, I'm pretty sure you could rename the file to anything you like and it would still work. I don't think Rocksmith cares much about what the windows file name is, but I could be wrong.

 

I played " Sweet Virginia " last night on my Fender Acoustic/Electric, Sounded great on the Acoustic & Challenging to play. I like it!

  I just installed the new EOF and Toolkit and I have a problem with it. The new customs I have been making have the problem in the picture below. Could it be a preference setting set wrong? Has anybody seen a problem like this before?

Nice Pic, but not funny! :huh: No Idea, maybe a bug with showlight/FHP or a bug with the arpeggio/handshape mark in EoF, if marked. This Problem need a report to the developers of EoF/Toolkit.

 

too many bugs in the last time in this tools :(

 

I haven't updated my EOF since Jan 2017. But, I haven't tried to make any customs since then. Good to know. If you figure out the problem let us know.

I just saw him here in my hometown less than a year ago. Acoustic set just him, remarkable show. This sucks.. I was looking forward to a new Soundgarden album as well as Temple of the dog reunion in the future. 

I cant log into HIPCHAT anymore, I am sick and tired of application clearing out my user name & password, even if I command it to remember my log-in info......it doesn't. If you try to reset the password. Good luck getting the e-mail conformation message with the link to reset. SO, it is what it is..,....

I purchased "1979" instead of "cherub rock" by the pumpkins. now every cdlc I download has to be ran through to toolkit before playing. It does get old...Save yourself & listen to Missis Sumner.

I Can't do a thing on RockSmith anymore, Looks Bad here - The update messed everything up on my end. Hope it's not the crash of CF and all the Customs we have all spent so much time on in the last few years.

I did a search this morning, last update I can find was the 12-13-2016 update. a month ago

Open toolkit....go to packer/unpacker tab...select songs.....repack app ID with cherub Rock or whichever song you bought...will reset to zero.

Wasting 3 hours is nothing, Happens all the time bro, I am using the latest EOF and Toolkit. Searched all my related folders and could not find that particular file anywhere in my system. I'm sure someone know the answer and will respond soon.  :D

I will look and see if I have The older toolkit somewhere.

Generating too much traffic on DropBox and has been temporarily disabled? wow, How much traffic is that? I use DropBox too, never had a problem as of yet.

I have not read all 3 pages, i scanned and didn't see this problem, sorry if i missed it, But..

After download, extract files, run RS Toolkit GUI, Toolkit pops up, First Run box pops up, click ok. Freezes Application,  Have to Enter Windows Task Manager to terminate .exe file. Any suggestions?

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)

Here's the log when I ran Program Compatibility Mode on it.

A good start would be to insert 3 (probably 4) bars of leading silence to the gp file, save it again and import it again.

 

But there is still a long way to go...

 

 

You should watch some tutorial videos :D

Once again, F*cking Genius PC Plum, I never would have thought of doing that, I always have to move notes around due to leading silence, problem fixed now.
