Imho Ubisoft has no right to dcma an exe file, because you can't use it without already owning the other files you can only get by owning the game(iow the exe file is not a crack/piracy it is merely a file that still requires you to own a copy of Rocksmith to use it) Rolling back a game you already own to a prior state is not piracy.(also consider that Ubisoft has already said they support mods on Rocksmith which means theres no way they'll dcma a simple exe.)

The update screwed up my Rocksmith cdlc, because of some shenanigans I did before the update,It didn't delete many of my dlcs from working & staying in the game,but many it did delete which is total bs.(I can't say what I did because I don't want to get banned) Bottom line though is that shame on Ubisoft for doing this forced update that screws over everyone's working game & deleted all my progress & favorites. Update: Just checked & it's really random what songs got deleted & what didn't. Makes no sense really.(will have to check why that is)

I hadn't even realized someone already added Journey DSB & Fame by Bowie but Fame only has bass guitar path(not sure if guitar path is possible?) But either way thank you whoever did those 2(I play bass too so at least I can play Fame on bass for now)
