So I bought a “compatible” cable online. It’s a bandfuse. I’ve had it for a year and a half and it’s never given me a problem. As of 2 nights ago somethings different 2/16/22 and it no longer shows up as it should. A lot of info got lost or changed. I’m going to retrieve my actual rocksmith cable and see if that doesn’t reinstall the driver for it and maybe it will right itself.

When you say headphones, is it a 3.5mm connection or Bluetooth? My pc in combination with rocksmith won’t let me Bluetooth out for some reason the 3.5mm headphone output doesn’t have a problem once I got familiar with screwing up my setting and learning

it was 2-3 days ago that i believe i saw a link "use a USB port connection as a stomp box and program download explanation". hopefully its just not a giant joke, because technically the game will do all of that for you exept id have to hit my computer or kick a controller to skip to one of the preloaded tones. So it was 1/2/22 or 1/3/22 if i wasnt crazy. if you know of anything that works as well or used the link or saw it at least let me know.
