  1. Hi, try this link and let me know if it works, it should take you straight to the folder where all my old customs are stored. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1PgiWHofzif_yJmQ4xCSGMSeTbQh13Qrg?usp=sharing
  2. Transferring all the customs to a google drive and going through each one to polish them a bit. Also some new interesting customs coming soonish!
  3. Ahh so nothing more serious than that hehe. Thanks for the info mate :plus1:
  4. Been away for a while and updated my rocksmith to remasted version only to notice that pretty much all my custom songs (including my own) are not working anymore. Can someone tell or point me to a guide, on how to fix these issues so i can at least fix my own songs :)
  5. Hey guys, just an update of current situation and lack of new customs. I hooked up with couple of guys from these forums and we decided to compose some pieces of our own music. What comes to customs, i will release the title track from the new Insomnium album after our first song is recorded. Got many requests for more Kalmah and it will come eventually, if someone else is not faster than me.
  6. I own Amplitube 3 and it's miles ahead of sound or customizing quality compared to RS virtual gear. Only things i miss in rocksmith is freely adjustable camera angles and better tools for sound creation for example graphical EQ's and ability to use impulses would be great :P
  7. No i mean exactly the note highway where the camera slowly hovers chasing the fret hand position. There must be a fixed setting somewhere that determines the angle of the camera.
  8. Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone knows how the camera system is built in RS. I would love to be able to tilt it up a bit. I went through some config files and stuff, but there were no camera settings anywhere. In some faster songs it would be so much easier to see whats coming up ahead on the chart when there is a clutter of single notes, open notes and big chord blocks all together.
  9. Tested and could be useful, i like the horizontal view as i have played from tabs before rocksmith. In RS it is sometimes problematic to see behind clutter of chords and i wish there was an adjustable camera angle, so i could tilt it slightly up to see further on the chart. Rock prodigy is a bit too pricey for it's content in my opinion.
  10. Amorphis customs are quite well tested by many, and i think only problem with them is too long sustains. Insomnium, Kalmah, Wintersun and Omnium Gatherum songs are the ones that needs testing most. But of course any single one of them can be tested if the song is pleasant for you. I'm also going through those as i think there is a lot to fix, at least for the first ones i created.
  11. Looking for a metal oriented tester with nimble fingers to go through my customs list which can be found here. I think that especially my old customs might have problems and i really want to iron all the kinks out of them. Some songs i simply cannot even play myself when we talk about some lightning fast melodeath. If someone is interested then let me know and let's start working together a bit.
  12. Can't go wrong with Schecter, and Hellraiser series is the one where the quality skyrockets with less money.
  13. Looking for ultimate acoustic tone settings, if it exists.
  14. Drop D isn;t difficult with a Floyd, but it does involve the additional expense of a drop-d tuna(shouldn't be more than about $50), and a little bit of setting up. I blocked my floyd after battling with tuning in rocksmith. When i play my favorite songs i have to tune between E an C standard sometimes even B, so without blocking it would be really pain in the ass. I used simple coin trick which means using duct tape to stack some coins together and stuff it between the tremolo block and guitar body on both sides. So, what kind of strings are you using to get that range? They must go from being tighter than a gnat's chuff to a wizard's sleeve, dropping from E to drop B. I use 11-56 strings and with these i wont go higher than D-standard on my Floyd guitar and leave E and drop D for my old Yamaha. I tried E standard with my main guitar thou :D And you are right, the tension on strings were so high that i was afraid it will blow up.
  15. I believe Schecter and ESP are both owned by the same guy nowadays and are indeed very similar brands. Biggest differences are in necks as in ESP the necks are a bit thinner with U-contour while Schecter uses more C-shape. My current Schecter is more rhythm guitar with slower neck and i use some old Yamaha for leads. The ESP i bought should handle both and it has EMG pickups which i like. If one wants to buy a Schecter i can only give positive feedback, for example the Hellraiser series are an excellent affordable guitars. Around 800€ guitar which feels and sounds like 2000€ guitar ;)

  17. After lot's of research and head scratching i ended up with this beauty :p
  18. Yeah something with thin neck is what i need for lead guitar. Also after bit of research i'm considering Schecter Hellraiser models, seems quite well featured with good pickups and thin necks. LTD 1000MH as well. But never again a guitar with floyd rose bridge or any other tremolo, it has to be solid one.
  19. Hey guys, been thinking to buy myself a new guitar and this has gotten my attention. Does anyone have the same guitar or any experience of it, i'm mostly interested of the neck shape and how it's compared to let's say Gibson SG which is really easy to play. I like this fast necks and in this LTD it seems to be U-shaped thin neck, my current main guitar is Schecter devil-6 with C-shaped neck and it's really good rhythm guitar. The guitar in the link differs from my choice that i want Seymour Duncan JB ( B ) / ’59 (N) p.u. pickups or would it perhaps be better to go with EMG ones as at the end my preferred music style is metal based. All the info is welcome and other recommendations as well in the same price range about 900€.
  20. @@ebe76 Yeah it was a total fail, that whole custom. No any kind of tone, not even a default one, no album art, no nothing. Basicly just a song playing and indeed it forced the restart as the signal between guitar and game was lost. Luckily this can be fixed in the future with the toolkit.
  21. Yeah never seen that one before, no any kind of response from guitar while the chart is rolling. Still i was wondering if there is something deeper in this problem as sometimes people complain not having tone although there is one. Could someone test this custom as i got mention it having no tone, but i cannot find any problem from it on my computer. If it's an user issue then it would be great if i could guide them on this, or fix my custom if there really is a problem.
  22. Could you link one of these customs without tone? I'm interested if it forces me to restart.
  23. Increasing the tone cable volume to around 80 from windows settings has helped me to play downtuned bass arrangements. Without this it wont recognize the notes too well, when you start going past C#.
  24. Heti kun tabeja alkaa löytymään niin mikä ettei.
