  1. You can also open two seperate EoF's on your computer, place guitar 1 on one copy of EoF, and guitar 2 on the other copy of EoF. Highlight all the note with your mouse and shift key that you want to copy, then go to edit and click on copy. Go to the other copy of EoF, make sure you have the marker at the right spot then go to edit and then paste.
  2. Shepardbr is right. You need to copy the dll file from your old computer to the new one, or get it here. http://customsforge.com/topic/901-how-to-use-custom-dlcs-in-rs2014/page-4?do=findComment&comment=28662
  3. I agree with others here. But if you still want to add DD to existing CDLC's here's how it's done. http://ddcreator.wordpress.com/dynamic-difficulty-creator/add-difficulty-levels-in-an-existing-package/
  4. It's you GPU. I plugged in your numbers at the Game Debate website. It shows that you video card is way under powered for RS2014. You should be able to get an add on card that meets the minimum requirements fairly cheap. http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=2103&game=Rocksmith&p_make=AMD&p_deriv=Phenom+II+X6+1090T&gc_make=Nvidia&gc_deriv=GeForce+7025+nForce+630a&ram=8&checkSubmit=#systemRequirements If you want to try playing with you RS2014 settings first. In the RS2014 folder there is a file named RocksmithConfiguration.pdf It explains the changes you can make to lower quality, but speed things up. With the numbers your video card showed, I'm not sure this would help. Hers a good web site for comparing video cards. http://www.hwcompare.com/category/gpu-comparisons//
  5. I think it also depends on, if you make it into lead, rhythm & bonus, will there be long sections of emptiness in any of the arrangements.
  6. Man Mike Those are some good songs. I know tones can make or break a custom. Just wondering if you know about the link with all the official dlc tones, or if you have tried them. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/9xag4jw7i29b54d/ps4LuvWGW_
  7. I don't own a PS3 but from reading PS3 topics on other forums I do know that first you will have to mod your PS3 with custom firmware. You should be able to Google the subject, watch videos on Youtube, or visit PS3 forums to find more info. I'm not sure if you already know but you can convert any PC CDLC to PS3 format with the 'custom toolkit'. You will need to place your CDLC's (_ps3.psarc.edat) files, in your /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS31182/USRDIR/DLC, folder. If the folder DLC does not exist, you will need to create it. You won't find 'BLUS31182' in the folder tree, it will be the version number of the custom firmware you install.
  8. Hey sorry Mike. I forgot that your a Mac user. Here's the Mac link. http://builds.rscustom.net/master-2.6.0.0-723197ab44c3.tar.gz
  9. You might try downloading the newest 2.6.0.0 build and see if it works. http://builds.rscustom.net/master-2.6.0.0-723197ab44c3.zip
  10. Here's a link to a newer version than what your are trying to download. See if it works for you. http://builds.rscustom.net/master-2.6.0.0-4041ba6a72d8.zip
  11. Sounds like you haven't downloaded and installed the required D3DX9_42.dll file. You will need to get it here and install it in your Rocksmith2014 directory. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/5ehzgh0s9xdbbfc/D3DX9_42.dll?dl=1&token_hash=AAGRCgJR0scSCHFFYW1NYnnSBtTgAR_HzKIFf6jvSZPohQ Also this is a good video to watch to get thing going. http://customsforge.com/topic/938-video-guide-how-to-use-cdlc-pc/
  12. Thanks! I will download your song so I can see how you incorporated tech notes. If Berneer recommends it, that's good enough for me.
  13. Your right! It has to be a bug in the custom. Nice score.
  14. I have the 'Clapton, Eric - Let It Rain.gp4' file, and I'm working on it. There is no bass part in it. Any chance you have a GP file with bass?
  15. Basically what @@noahfence said. Go into riff repeater and make sure your at full difficulty. To make sure that you are, use your 9 & 0 keys and your O & P keys to select all the sections of the song. And then move the difficultly slider to the highest level, then exit the song. The next time you play it, the song should be at full difficulty which should affect your mastery score.
  16. @@porkfriedrice Do you currently have the D3DX9_42.dll file in your Rocksmith2014 directory? If Norton keeps quarantining it you need to tell it to exclude it. You can check out this link, or do a Google search on the subject. http://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=146&t=38952 There is nothing harmful about the dll file, it's just Norton giving it a false positive.
  17. First album bought. I think it was an early Beatles knock-off band in the mid 60's. First concert attended. (08/24/1972) Ramatam & ZZ Top opened for Humble Pie.
  18. Is Norton quarantining the dll after the download? I haven't used Norton in years, but you can go into the settings and tell it not to view the dll file as a threat.
  19. Looks like you have done everything that is needed. Hopefully you deleted the dll file you got from Google from your RS directory. The dll you want is 129kb. (size) All I can suggest is to read all of the post here: http://customsforge.com/topic/901-how-to-use-custom-dlcs-in-rs2014/ And watch this video: http://customsforge.com/topic/938-video-guide-how-to-use-cdlc-pc/ Maybe there is something your missing.
  20. It's located under the PC alternative 1 here: http://customsforge.com/topic/901-how-to-use-custom-dlcs-in-rs2014/
  21. You should be able to get it working by reading all the post in this topic. http://customsforge.com/topic/901-how-to-use-custom-dlcs-in-rs2014/
  22. All the files here only work with RS2014 and will have a _p.psarc file extension if played on a PC. All RS 2012 songs have a .dat file extension. The two files a not compatible. If your trying to find songs for RS1 about the only option is to look here: http://www.rscustom.net/dlc/ Make sure the radio button for RS1 is selected. Not all of the songs are still available.
