  1. @@emmet, Sounds like you might have a conflict with one or more customs. Try removing all of the ones causing problems and add them back in small batches to see if they work. Once you get to one that doesn't work again, remove it and verify that the others work.
  2. @@Shadeuss, You can find instructions for using CDLC on Mac here: http://customsforge.com/topic/33889-how-to-add-custom-songs-on-mac/
  3. Try running it from the terminal: /Applications/RocksmithCustomSongToolkit.app/Contents/MacOS/RocksmithCustomSongToolkit If the error says something about the app path not being found, then you may have hit this error I reported yesterday: https://github.com/rscustom/rocksmith-custom-song-toolkit/issues/275 I've reported that issue too. For the time being, I modified the terminal script that launches the Toolkit to correct the app path and posted a link to it in the instructions on the first page.
  4. Are you sure you're using the correct .dll file? The one for the Remastered update, and not the original one?
  5. @@Zint, You can find instructions on how to get the Toolkit running on Mac here: http://customsforge.com/topic/33889-how-to-add-custom-songs-on-mac/
  6. @@cbiddinger, @@emmet, You have to re-run the patch. http://customsforge.com/topic/33889-how-to-add-custom-songs-on-mac/
  7. @@Nick253smith You can find full, detailed instructions here: http://customsforge.com/topic/33889-how-to-add-custom-songs-on-mac/
  8. @@okewlie It works fine. Just re-run the patch after downloading the update.
  9. @@jack_straw That's a problem with your actual Rocksmith installation, not the Mac Patch. I've confirmed it's working, because I'm playing it right now. RSInjector will NEVER work anymore. It's an outdated solution that only worked with the Pre-Remastered update.
  10. Works fine on Mac as well. Just need to re-run the Mac Patch file from here: http://customsforge.com/topic/33889-how-to-add-custom-songs-on-mac/
  11. You can't open the CDLC files (or official DLC files) outside of the game. They can only be read by the game. Did you make sure that you're download Mac versions of CDLC? If the file names don't end in "_m.psarc" then they are not Mac versions and will need to be converted with the Toolkit.
  12. @@Settinsteel, what part are you having trouble with? The instructions I linked you to are very detailed and provide each step you need to follow.
  13. @@dlcain, You can find proper instructions here: http://customsforge.com/topic/33889-how-to-add-custom-songs-on-mac/
  14. @@Sinmastah, that video is a little out-dated. The method is still the same, but you'll need the new .dll file. It can be found by following the link in the red header at the top of each page on the forum.
  15. If you've purchased them, then yes. You can use the Toolkit to apply the AppID of your purchased DLC to your customs. But you can't use pirated DLC (there was a typo in my initial post). However, if you're using a pirated version of the game you won't be able to get any help here.
  16. @@Sinmastah You need to buy an official DLC to get customs to work. It has to be legitimately purchased so that it's licensed to you. You can't use pirated DLC. It's recommended that you buy Cherub Rock because 90% of the customs here use that as their AppID. If you choose to buy something else you'll have to use the Toolkit to change the AppID of EVERY custom you download to match the DLC that you own.
  17. That video is really old, from way before the Remastered update for Rocksmith. The dll I posted the link for has been updated to work with Rocksmith Remastered.
  18. Your first post implies that you changed the AppID of your official dlc (it's not worded very clearly). If you've changed the AppID of the customs you downloaded to match official dlc that you own then you've done it correctly and it's something else that's wrong. Where did you download the dll file from? Did you get it from here: http://customsforge.com/topic/33138-rocksmith-remastered-cdlc-fix/?p=231225 ?
  19. Your screenshots don't work. Anyway, whatever video you watched is wrong. CDLC needs to have the AppID that matches whatever official DLC you own so that the game thinks that's what you're playing. So delete the official DLC that you modified and re-download it through Steam. Then use the Toolkit to change the AppID of the cDLC you've downloaded to match the official DLC. This is why it's recommended that you just purchase Cherub Rock. 90% of the cDLC here use that as their AppID by default, so you don't have to change them. You can just download them and add them to your dlc folder and be done.
  20. You don't change the AppID of the official dlc you bought. You change the AppID of the cDLC that you download to match the official dlc. Also, make sure that the .dll file is in the Rocksmith root folder, and not the dlc folder.
  21. @@Trailofthedead, and anybody else who needs it - Here's my modified version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/n6l46z09wwpt8ki/RS%20Toolkit_modified.zip?dl=0
  22. @@Trailofthedead, What version of the Toolkit are you trying to run? The modified version I posted in my instructions, as well as v2.7.0.0-6d0cdeda work on MacOS 10.12.1. The very latest version of the Toolkit posted on rscustom.net does not work however. **Edit** So I read through the code for the Terminal script that launches the Toolkit and the reason why it doesn't work is because there is an error in the code that determines the app path. Once that line is fixed the app launches as normal, and no longer does the annoying Mono check.
  23. @@Trailofthedead, Have you verified that Mono is installed correctly? What OS version are you running?
