I miss the old records page.

Anyone else have trouble downloading songs from ignition on android devices? The old search never gave me no problems, but in ignition none of my screen touches register.

Looks like game navigation is the key. Fix it ubisoft!

I like to hear "Good Performance", "Masterful performance", even "Decent performance" is ok, but what I really want to hear after a hot jam is, "Holy Shit performance". Do you think there might be an unlock for this?

I've been playing a lot of Radiohead, Coldplay, Cars, XX, etc. Does anyone have recommendations for other nice, simple, loungy bass songs in the database?

 

it hashen i really want to learn a song, i switch off DD and learn the song section by section with slow tempo.When i just want to make a little bit music, i turn on "nonstop play" and play with DD just to have fun.

That pretty much sums it up for me. I will only make a strong effort to practice songs I really like.

Agreed. Thanks to this community I have access to thousands of songs, but I only really dig in to a hundred or so. If it has dd I make it a game to max it. If I can't I turn it off.

Haven't really attacked rhythm path yet.

There have been a few songs where I have appreciated dd, but for the most part I would do away with it. I hate relearning parts. How do you feel about it?

To be quite honest I hate Rocksmith point of view. I can't play without using the invert string thing. It's not only against music theory because the higher notes in pitch come in the lower strings but it's against your own point of view of the instrument while you are playing (unless you are looking into a mirror while you play, which would also invert the hand you use, so that makes me think Rocksmith is even more awkward than I thought on the beginning).

This is why Rock smith gives you the option to invert the fretboard. Voila, tab. (Or near enough)

I am suprised by the lack of these for rocksmith There is rich tradition of songs from tv shows ranging from Happy Days and Laverne and Shirly, to the Brady Bunch and All in the Family. The Flintstones, Welcome Back Cotter, Cheers. Three's Company Too. Sesame Street, the Muppets. What's Happening, Taxi... The list is endless...

I was rocked by Mission of Burma's Trem Two. Also some Pixies, Bob Mould, Throwing Muses, and I could go on forever, but this is the song that made me pick up guitar..

I have seen several topics dedicated to video games. Rocksmith is about the only video game I play. But chess is an obsession. I sometimes dream about chess positions, . I don't study the game so much as just play, and I can't get enough. I'm not a great player and am happy to be taught a lesson. Any other fanatics out there? Why do you love chess?
