tried that and still doesnt work. its not the file since it wont work with any file i try. i guess i solved it enough since i can get it to work without overwriting the file. its just an extra step deleting the original. thanks for your help, you really dont need to waste anymore time on this.

i have admin privileges, i white listed the dlc folder, .psarc file and tool kit folder but not sure how to whitelist the tool kit it self. so far im still getting the same error.

looks like it was the "overwrite" check box that was causing me problems. if i dont check it then it works. odd since im pretty positive the first time i tried i didnt check that box and it didnt work then either.

I click the "DDC" tab, then click "add", my cdlc folder pops up and I select the song and click "open", after that I only check the "overwrite original file" box and then press "generate DD. I'm using v2.9.1.0-b06e2b44 BETA

checked the acdc file no "/"

I'll have to check about the "/" but it happens with every band I try so I doubt it's that. The files are there I add them to the tool kit by selecting "add" and selecting them from the folder.
