Same here, though I changed my strings recently to 10-52s. Don't know what the issue is now. I'm just gonna submit a score to keep me in intermediate and perhaps give emulated bass a try. Awesome song from an awesome album. Good luck with those solos.

I'm using 9-42 at the moment, didn't really take into account different types of strings and just bought the first thing I saw. 10-52 sounds good but do you think it will affect E Standard tuning at all? Is there any brand you'd recommend? Thanks for the help.
