Ok, looks like it was not under DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH, so I have copied libRSBypass.dynlib to /usr/local/lib. After it Rocksmith run, but I'm still not found CDLC songs in my list. P.S. Updated. After Adding one more song, it works now. I have see all my CDLC Content.
