There was issues with german language with Tone volume, arrangement Scroll Speed, I've fixed that, i see you've go issue with another value issue, I'll fix it too :)

There is present 31 notes near the end of the song, I think you need to move all notes up and then change number of strings... or what you've done all issues is in your charting skills, not in EOF or RSToolkit.

Moved to proper forum.The answer is: Install Java 7 x32 bit and that should resolve this issue, but anyway we've planned to throw this away when WE'll write our own EDAT encoder in C#

Just open your chart, switch to Lyrics track and hit Import lyrics, select xml with lyrics and you will get it imported, cheers.
