  1. Kurz vor knapp, Score Attack. On to the Weihnachtsmarkt.
  2. Learning some Amorphis. The bass line should be ranked advanced too.
  3. And my third and last try. I wish I had time for more than one song.
  4. Judas Priest, I'm in. I remember that week, but I think I did not participate because I did not have the songs already.
  5. Quick, get some scores in before furniture shopping with wife, I don't know if I'll be be back in time this evening.
  6. Our own @@Rodman in the News! http://customsforge.com/index.php/topic/55305-customsforge-september-update-newsletter-issue-11-interview-with-rodman-championship/
  7. Rainbow. I actually do like this more cheesy Joe Lynn Turner era. Better Lead comes later, hopefully, this was my first trial. The next, marginally better, I forgot to screenshot.
  8. Greetings. Due to time constraints I could not be the worthy opponent @@meelo deserved for his 100% challenge. Though I tried it a couple of more times 100% wouldn't happen. This week's Maiden song is also a hard nut to crack for me. Photo story time. Starting of with a humble score, I could have sworn the cheery Rocksmith speaker said "I've seen worse". Rhythm, not much better. OK, time is short, let's concentrate on Lead, after 5 replays and some riff repeater I finally hit the 90. Yeah, on to SA.... solo fail. Perhaps that was a bit premature, so back to RR and 5 more full replays. Weak points are still the slides and the solo. My head knows the notes of the solo by now, my fingers still struggle, but SA crosses me less and lets me play until the end.
  9. Progress on my @@meelo imposed 100% challenge. Frist time to hit 99%. First Score Attack is still promissing. ... and then a bunch of one note failures: hmm, quite a lot of notes to hit right. Maybe tomorrow B)
  10. No cross and into the nineties. ... and in the olympic spirit:
  11. @@Angelina27 Seems so. I prefer my own scores and I have not tried rhythm yet. I have tried lead guitar SA. The cross happened in the starting rhythm-like arpeggio section. Edit: Likewise for Bonus Lead:
  12. Humble beginnings: @@Vodka We miss you too.
  13. Oh, still time for some bass. And SA: and better:
  14. So what do I have this week? Certainly no heroic deeds. Savatage, my heros of my yesteryear. I remember listening to Dead Winter Dead nonstop while writing my diploma. But my favorite record of them is The Wake of Magellan, so good. I love good concept albums and this one is up there with Operation Mindcrime and Nightfall in Middleearth. As always first and best score. I will have no time tomorrow, so these are my final scores. And Boston, could be better, but my fingers hurt already. Somehow I always think this title is from Peter Frampton.
  15. OK, I learned the solo and the arpeggios in RR. The solo goes better than the arpeggios.
  16. Slow Sunday with bass. Here are the firsts (No bass last week). Ooops, RS crapped out on me.. And Score Attack:
  17. Starting the encore week with a small improvement over last week.
  18. GnR sightreads. Hmm, too much construction work lately and too little guitar practice.
