Same for me. Not working every since the update and did everything that all the help posts have suggested to no avail. Figured out that I just had to re-download the RS Patch after the RS Remastered update messed up my CDLCs and everything is working perfectly again. I use a Mac, but if you're having the same problem, it should work with PC as well. If your CDLCs are freezing up when you choose your song and it's only taking you to the amp w/o the music notes, then just do what I mentioned and everything should be a-okay!

As the title says, I can't get the toolkit to work. Every time I try to download it, it doesn't work! I then researched and when i tried to download mono in order to run RS Toolkit, RS Toolkit said that mono wasn't downloaded. Thanks very much for the help.
