could you give an example please? ive noticed that a lot of people are getting MUCH more proficient at charting, and the quality is getting better .. perhaps simply more people are starting to chart, and the quality of those are suffering. *shrug* wont know without more data

There are several reasons .. i am somewhat compulsive, and tend to collect large amounts of things .. tabs is just one thing .. i also have a little over 2tb of music, and around 30 tb of movies, tv shows etc . i also find sorting, collating and organizing large amounts of data to be very calming, its almost a zen kinda thing. probably not good reasons .. but there ya are :)

The way i did this, was to create a new track in GP, and copy/paste each part into the appropriate place. ymmv

I have 2 schecter guitars, one is a Jeff Loomis signature series 7string with floyd rose. this guitar is an absolute shredding machine! 24 jumbo frets, emg active pickups, and grover tuners ... i couldnt ask for more. i also have a schecter omen 4 extreme bass .. it has schecter active pickups that rival my EMGs, and plays silky smooth .. half the time i play, i feel like i dont play well enough to deserve such a wonderful instrument.

I have a personal library of tabs ive collected over the years, it currently has just under a quarter million tabs, (many songs have different versions), i haven't updated my library in some time however. For newer tabs, i typically go to ultimateguitar.com

Iv'e played at guitar for most of my life .I never really distinguished between rhythm or lead, since i played both. My main guitar is a Schecter Jeff Loomis signature series http://schecterguitars.com/images/stories/virtuemart/product/jl-7-fr-blk-tilt8.png I have this set up for a bit heavier sound, and use a custom guage set of strings (.009/.011/.016/.026/.42/.056/.066) for rocksmith, i for rocksmith, or songs where i have to change the tuning often, i use an Ibanez RG120 that i have done quite a bit of work on, This isnt my guitar, but its the closest i could find that it looks like ..
