  1. Problem solved, it actually works now. I haven' played the game for a long time, and in the past I could never get the Uplay login to work.
  2. Is there any way to get rid of all the Uplay nonsense, before Rocksmith starts up? I have to click like maybe 6 times before I can even start a song.
  3. Thanks all, I will check out your Suggestions.
  4. I tried that, but they seem to take out the easy notes along with the hard notes, the simple parts get too simple.
  5. Is there a list anywhere of easy bass songs. Not like just one bass note or anything like that. Like this song in the game La Sera - Love That's Gone. Some where in the middle not to easy not to hard.
  6. Thanks, a.peterI figured it out, it will work if you just place the file it in the DLC folder.I already know where all the notes are on the fret board and I was hoping there was a way to change the notes coming down the note highway from numbers to notes, but it looks like that is not possible, maybe in a future version.
  7. You can change the fretboard inside of RS. There is one with the notes added. Just take RS Toolkit and change to "Inlay Creator". There you should find a template with the notes. There is a thread for Custom Inlays. ThanksJust a quick question before i search all over on how to do this, Where do you put the file RS toolkit created? Will this show notes coming down the highway instead of numbers?
  8. I never played any stringed instruments in my life until about 4 months ago. I started out with Rocksmith when I first started playing the bass, but that wasn't helping me learn the notes on the fret board. I wish Rocksmith had that option, so I can see the notes instead of numbers.I recently I found Chordify.net where you can enter a You tube music video URL and it will play the song and also show the chords so you can play along. After a week playing all my favorite music there, I learned all the notes on the fret board.I have mostly been just playing the root notes to those chords on the bass, but I'm also learning what notes to play between the chords. So, I haven't played Rocksmith for while a while now. Using Chordify.net, there is a way bigger selection of music to play to, and I haven't had created any cdlc for Rocksmith in a long time.I'm not sure if this is the best way to learn, but I'm having for fun doing it this way, I like knowing where all the notes are on the fret board.
  9. Here is cool website. You can enter a YouTube music video URL, and it will play the song, and show the chords, so you can play along. www.chordify.net
  10. I don't upload them, I'm only making them for myself anyway, so no big deal.
  11. I just noticed something, If you don't make an audio preview in EOF, and don't waste your time converting the preview in Wwise to .wen, you get a warning in the tool kit, "Song preview was not found" If you click yes, It will use the entire song for the preview. So that's how I'm doing it now. My song selection is like a juke box, where I can listen to the full song form the song selection area, at least for the song I create.
  12. Thanks everyone, I picked up a new graphic card today, and Rocksmith 2014 is running great. I also like to thank everyone here for the great info on how to make the CDLC, I made a few in the last few days, before I even had the Rocksmith 2014 pc version purchased. I installed it today and the CDLC I created actually works. Thanks, again.
  13. I picked up Rocksmith 2014 pc version, and everything seems slow, going between menus, track seems slow and behind the music. It just doesn't seem like I have enough power to run this game on my computer. Here is my specs: Windows 64bit AMD Phenom 11 X6 1090t 3.2 GHZ 8 MB Ram On board , Nvidia GeForce 7025/ Nvidia GeForce 630a Would a new better graphics help speed things up? I also have the Xbox version, everything on the Xbox is snappy, and the Xbox seem to have plenty of power to run the game, but not the PC. Is there anything that could be done to speed thing up on the PC?
