Nah bois I got it, had my father hardwire it (He is a licensed electrician) and I have another on the way too anyway, just wanted a temp fix while I wait for my 2nd hand one which I am going to extend

So redone my realtone cable just to find that the breakaway usb part doesnt work, has anyone just soldered a standard USB to it so it is one long cable? I wont have to worry about it getting caught or anything as it tucks into a hole in my desk.

So I have come to find that after multiple calibrations, double checking my bass and all, using my 6 string bass I cannot get some tunings to work that involve using my low B string, such as Prison Sex by Tool, it will not work.. Anyone else had this problem?

tried both but I would kinda like one with the proper bass line but oh well I will re calibrate after I repaired my cable again

The song 46&2 isnt picking up my bass playing the g string notes and hammerons etc properly. Am I the only one this does it with? Is there a fix?

So I have all the Muse CDLC bought for me and I installed them but all the songs besides "Time is running out" are present? Why is that one song not showing up?

So got me some DDT bass strings and as wondering what tuning people play them in and what would their limits before snapping be.

I played guitar for a few months (music teacher forced a group of us) and that destroyed my wrist as we had to play more then we could handle, switched to bass wrist is better could play longer are harder now it hurts again after moving a VW engine months ago but now healing, jsut take you time in it all I have ADD ADHD and other mental health which isnt as bad but with those 2 I forget song and stuff so rocksmith helps me remember but I get bored and move on to harder stuff which messese my wrist more

I wouldnt use a f-104 for a starter to be honest though, the whole design wouldnt be comfy to start with. No Idea why your Ibanez cut into your hand though, My neck on my bass was one I bought with it and swapped it out so it might of just been your neck. What is the Scheter Stealth worth if you dont mind me asking? If they are good might have to grab myself one

The recognizing notes isnt always the cables fault, sometimes your action or intonation might be out. But the only thing I know you can do unless you are really good at soldering and dont mind risking it is to buy a new cable or just oput up with what you have really.

I started witha Sonic Guitar G4 Series bass (piece of shit glad I pulled it apart for scrap parts) went on to a Squire P bass, now I have my esp f-104 style bass (3 knobs though like Tom Ayras one) with a Ibanez neck as they are heaven and my Mannix 6 string. If you are creative enough buy yourself something cheap and swap the neck to an Ibanez as they are so nice to play on.

Might have to try that out. I have been using Audioslave Like A Stone lately to warm up my hands :)

Has anyone ever thought about or made a mod to allow things like 5 and 6 string basses to work with all string? Would this be possible? I am just really curious as I want to learn songs on my 6 string

What would you guys think are some good warmup songs? Especially for Bass?

So to start with yes I have Cherub Rock DLC. So I have transfered all my old CDLC I had from my portable HDD to this PC to play them, but after I have tuned my bass nothing else happens. Also is there a way I can make like a collection to download a bunch of songs at once instead of individually clicking each one and downloading them separately

Do any of you guys have a color scheme for your instrument you use? I personally have a black and orange scheme on my bass (http://imgur.com/a/gkNVG) just needing my custom orange knobs and it is done :D Show us if you also have a set color scheme :)

So my worst nightmare about playing bass has became a reality.. I AM FORGETTING HOW TO PLAY SONGS!!! So in the last few weeks I have been practicing 2 songs more then others for my Solo performance for school. Now that 1/2 has been done, I have come to realize I cant play as many songs off heart as I once could. Anybody got some help for me??? Also, I know there is bass for Goodbye Blue Sky by Pink Floyd but I cant find a decent tab.. any help there please? Cheers

So lets start of with the thing that has made me upset the most. Have any of you lost all progress on your songs before and cant get a back up? This has happened to me and now I have to got through he struggle of the DD songs Second. Its it weird that I miss one day of playing bass and now I feel crap? I practice atleast 4 hours a day and my bass neck broke so I got it repaired, missed a day of practice. Now I have it back and I feel like I have gone backwards. Last but not least. Have you guys ever had to repair a Real Tone Cable before? My one is getting a bit dodgy and cuts out at certain angles/positions. Anyone know how difficult they are to repair? Cheers friends
