The Postman

This is exactly the kind of song I can just practice over and over again. Never goes too fast and no big jumps on the fretboard. I Riff Repeated the whole thing on 80% like 12 times in a row last night, today it just stuck :D http://i.imgur.com/xg29aoG.jpg

Argh. I suck. I joined the CS so that I would have to pick up my guitar sometimes, but I've still just not done it because I'm stupid. I hereby promise I will get a score in this week. Pinky promise. Now I really have to do it.

I'm having some trouble with the beginner song. I can't hear my guitar. When I pause the song and try playing I can barely hear it, but it's like the volume of my guitar is turned down to 1% so with the song playing I can't hear mine at all. The game recognizes what I'm playing though. I switched to Rhythm and had the same problem. I checked the mixer, everything looked good. Other songs work just fine. I Restarted the game. Still the same problem. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yeah, I did that, but I was really struggling with the rhythm of the thing. Anyway it's just a small annoyance, my guitar skills are the real issue, but I'm working on that :P And this cheesy metal is still a lot of fun to play :D Thanks, I'll try that :)

I ate some delicious birthday cake today, Hope you get some too :) After around 8 attempts and some riff repeating i finally got above 90% http://i.imgur.com/pqIHm8H.jpg I wish the RR sections were shorter though... I wanna repeat this 3 second long part but i have to play through 30+ seconds every time. I guess I'll just put on Eye of the Tiger, get my mojo on and I'll be able to kick this song's butt. Hello everyone! I'm your Postman and I decided to learn to play the guitar, start a band and become big in Japan, but I'll be happy just crossing the first one off my list. I've been lurking these sites for a little while and I've been going through previous championship weeks to find songs i might be able to play. But after a year I've only played Rocksmith for 20 hours and that's pretty much most of my guitar playing. That's not enough! So I decided I'd finally join the championship, and boy, did I pick a good week to join in. I walked the talk like no talk I've ever walked before... or something like that... Okay, but seriously, I haven't been able to keep up with half of the beginner songs I've found here, this song was slow and chill. I was able to get 96%. I Can't wait to play more! :D
