not too bad, this song was pretty easy but that solo is rough on the pinky

had a good week with this, couldnt nail the beginning of the solo but the rest came pretty easily, glad I've been able to keep up with the advanced songs :)

happy with where I got relative to the time I put into it, wish there was a longer solo on this one. Never really got into the 80s hair type stuff but its really fun to play and learn

not my best week but glad I could still do the advanced stuff, got really close to being able to do that solo on the high strings but couldnt get it fast enough, comfy at 90% speed but 100% tripped all over, still fun though

Not much time this week because of getting ready for Christmas, Happy Holidays everyone. This was really easy but I couldnt get the game to recognize that little chord at the 12th fret consistently

had a pretty good week with this, went from not being able to play the beginning parts and the up and down parts at all to being able to play them so that was good. One problem I had was the game wouldnt recognize the octave chords unless I played the D string open, not muted like it notated but totally open which was weird to play. Not really into this style of playing or music so it was good to work on.

first official advanced track, had a lot of fun because with the int tracks it was usually like me being able to play it by just watching the screen and getting at least an 85% then seeing how far I could grind it to be a perfect score, this was a lot better because I actually had to learn the individual parts, coulda done better but I ran out of time, pleased with what I got

Since there's no intermediate lead this week can I move up to advanced? feeling a bit too conformable with the int leads lately and I really want to push myself.

Hmm I didnt have that problem with this one, the trick if you have this issue is to remove the DD using the most recent RS toolkit, then it works fine seems to be an issue with the DD

Had a very busy week so little time for guitar, still wanna get some scores in as I worked on these a bit very odd but kind of fun lol more ghost, liked this one a bit more than some of the others

I like his movies better than his music, still a fun song though, didnt have a ton of time this week but got a lot more comfortable on that funky e7#9 from that hendrix song which I had been putting off, that fast power chord part was tricky

@@Anwyn hey hope its not too late but the "trick" I use to force the game to recognize my harmonics was to play them tremolo style, some songs seem to recognize the harmonics no problem this was not one of them lol not a fan of these guys but I really wanted 100% on this, got everything perfect but every time the game wouldnt recognize about 2 of the power chords at the end, very frustrating this is the best I ended up getting, I even mastered that ridiculously charted bend that I saw a few people mention, you basically have to make sure you don't pre-bend at all, hit the note, then do the bend really fast, get back to unbended note again, pull off and up. worked on and enjoyed the other songs especially blue oyster cult but got too fixated on this song

had little time this week so this is all I got, rocksmith wont recognize that A# chord no matter what I do, very frustrating my guitar cant really handle as low as c standard, can sort of do c#, but c just gets too wonky hope everyone affected by irma/harvey is staying safe

absolutely loved the song selections this week, great songs to work on, got the skull now too classic song, remember reading somewhere it really did rain http://i.imgur.com/ncqHJlN.png great bluesy riffs http://i.imgur.com/dkc7CyY.png worked on the dire straits song but some solos were still out of reach very fun though, hope everyone near the hurricanes is staying safe

wow these are some great songs, a lot of tuning this week lol. really like alice in chains, that velvet song is awesome, was worried about the dire straits because I know two dire strats songs one of which I really dont like and one I like, turns out this is the one I like, other one was "money for nothing" the misfits are pretty awful post danzig but its probably a pretty good beginner song to work on
