CDLCs hanging, DLL causes game to not open

Tried many different dll files, ones in the common redist etc. Nothing would work, but I found one scouring around the web and now everything works flawlessly. Thank you! -
I've seen several users mention this in that megathread, but noone got an answer. Any ideas?
