  1. I see them and the link works for me. Does anyone else has a problem with my screen?
  2. In the toolkit, yes but don't know about Rocksmith...
  3. http://uppix.net/xLmZl8l.jpg http://uppix.net/gnKiuUl.jpg http://uppix.net/e6NJ8Ol.jpg Not sure i can do better, that's a pretty hard song overall...
  4. The exclusive mode is about audio, and it's just blocking every other application the acces to the audio card. The more probable option is that another program is trying to get in front and push back RS.
  5. There's already a 5 star rating system on the cdlc page and you don't even have to leave a comment to rate.
  6. So you want other people to take a look at every CDLC posted to make sure that when you will try it, it won't have any problem. Do you consider how much time this people will need to test every single CDLC released? It will be efficient for whom? I mean, it's not impossible, just time consuming for a minimal impact. And i say that the first thing is to look at the comment section, the list is an additional information.
  7. You know there is bonus arrangement for double lead guitarist, that's actually how rocksmith work with megadeath for exemple. Envoyé de mon ARCHOS 80G9 en utilisant Tapatalk
  8. Make sure that eof and toolkit tuning are exactly the same, it could mess up the recognition in RS. Envoyé de mon ARCHOS 80G9 en utilisant Tapatalk
  9. I'm clearly not sure there's that much bad cdlc. Maybe some are caring about quantity but i can assure that's not every one. First of you can look at the comment to make a first opinion about cdlc, when there's real problem, people talk about it! Then give feedback yourself most of the author that receive feedback take in consideration them and most of the time correct them. Trying to have an approved section was in discution but to do it correctly and efficiently would be almost impossible. And there's a list about bugged cdlc on this forum that you could use to make sure you don't dl them. Envoyé de mon ARCHOS 80G9 en utilisant Tapatalk
  10. Make sure that the tuning is correctly set in EOF and the toolkit or it will mess up the recognition system. Envoyé de mon ARCHOS 80G9 en utilisant Tapatalk
  11. I'll try to respond to some of them when i have some time available. Envoyé de mon ARCHOS 80G9 en utilisant Tapatalk
  12. @@overlords : Je retiens pour la bière si jamais je vais à Montréal! :D Finished Evil in a Closet and Land of Confusion
  13. When i started playing trombone on bass part, the hardest things was to figure out the corresponding position on the trombone compared to the tab, and i simply made a table with the trombone position corresponding to each and fret and strings in E standard and it help me a lot to figure out easy song quickly (you can take a look at the halestorm - i miss the misery video i made to see that i'm not that bad).
  14. Well that's why there a session, to play a 12 bar blues and you don't need to be able to improvise witha band to be a guitar player. Improvisation is a master skills at any instrument that's not part of any basics. I didn't take your post in the wrong way, i just think that RS is always underrated and some part of this game are not used enough like session mode or the arcade games for exemple. But clearly learning to improvised is something really hard but the session mode can really help you there.
  15. The lesson in Rocksmith are pretty good and deserve to be done many times to really get it right, it's not here just to decorate. Even after my countless hour of play i still go some lesson, it's really helpfull when you're stuck on something.
  16. None is more intuitive. For musical theory the tab display is more logicial : higher note are higher on the sheet. But compared to the actual way you look at your guitar neck, it's completely the opposite higher note are at the bottom... But Rocksmith display the way you're looking at your neck when playing which is the opposite of musical theory. It will basicly depends of what you're used to look at or your musical background... I was used to both and none is a problem for me looking at a tab or RS is "easy" to read, i go faster on RS to playing it at full speed for the first time because i can easily relate to what i see when i look at the neck but the tab is more logical for pure musical theory way which make it easy to write or relate to a riff i just discover i used both in different situation because of my background and the way i started to learn guitar but if someone was only reading tab for years, changing this could be pretty damn hard and overall useless since there is no real avantage between this two display option.
  17. the chords are just different note assembled together, so using the indicated note of the scale you will be able to construct chords/double stop around it's pretty easy if you take your time to take a good look at the fretboard and try to recognize different patern (power chords pattern are almost the easiest to find).
  18. yes it will, it just won't show the tuning name and simply indicate "custom tuning", the sorting by tuning still work since it only used the difference from E standard and not the name.
  19. The session mode in rocksmith can really help you go with that too it indicate the scale right on the fretboard and you just have to play all the rest follow
  20. Well for the rythm part, the tab is really good, but it's clearly out of sync.
  21. ?? You might want to give some information here...
  22. there's a bass emulator pedal in rocksmith available.
  23. The default tone in EOF is the one that is load at the start of the song by rocksmith, so depending on how you set your tone change it doesn't always matter which one is the default tone in EOF. For exemple, if your first tone change is on the first note, the default tone will be replace by the tone you've set on the first note. If you set your first tone change after the first note make sure that the default tone is the one that should be used for the first notes.
  24. This week masterclass is pretty messy, wrong bend indication and sometimes wrong note and no rythm arrangement. http://uppix.net/NTkIpKl.jpg http://uppix.net/Ut7oiVl.jpg But at least i did great on the bass part...
  25. The toolkit already do it by himself very well with the cents information (-12000 for an octave down). About the prompt it might be better in the toolkit since it's here that we really change every things to set it right (even if EOF has to get the right tuning set or it will messes with the RS recognition system).
