if anyone could confirm i got a rocksmith 2014 update today and when i attempt to launch rocksmith 2014 it won't launch, i have reinstalled and removed all files. when i launch rocksmith 2014 via steam without the CDLC dll it launches when i re add the dll rocksmith fails to launch, this could be some condition music producers are enforcing on ubisoft in relation to content for rocksmith +. in steam right click the install and go to beta and enter "JustInCaseWeNeedIt" download backup that removes the update rocksmith then launches thank you to the poster below id never have figured this out, i am backing up all my local files just encase

I'm going to agree with the consensus that octaves are more like bass playing 201, and moving octaves in the middle of an otherwise low-key song are a bit tricky at first. So this is a 5.5 IMO: And to me a Cliff Burton Kill 'em All bassline as a 6 is too low...this is at least a 7 and is IMO harder than Wild World. Note density makes it a bit easier to get a higher score: Did I rate this a 7? Feels more like a 6.5. I just really enjoy these types of laid-back songs with intricate basslines:

@ toolboxcomplete , a bunch of your recent requests were on Animetal Marathon V, with some rad covers, perhaps request a section medley from that? Those versions would probably roll in rocksmith a bit better They start around the 23 minute mark. (Animetal is some rad stuff, wish we had more than just their cover of cruel angel’s thesis) Just remember drowning the thread in requests won’t necessarily get you much. And if you really want something to happen, and have the funds you can always use the commission sub forum.
