I had rocksmith working just fine as recently as thursday and all of a sudden it won't open. in steam, it says its launching, nothing happens, and the play button comes back. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue is still happening. anyone have this issue and know a fix or whats going on?

Dont worry about that, you had a great time! I Missed at least 3-4 weeks due to travelling to the UK and dont regret it one bit Just means some catch-up is in order

Opeth are amazing live! I saw them earlier last month at ArcTanGent Festival in the UK. It was my....8th time seeing them haha. Always a treat live. Mikael is super funny and theyre always on-point musically.

Instead of grinding out the score for the Opeth song I went to see them live yesterday (as in Friday)! Quick review: The show was great, the sound was great, and I had a great time. This was the second time I've seen them and both times they did deliver (deliverance as the final song). I'd recommend seeing them to anyone, including my parents (60+) who actually went and also had a great time (it was their first metal concert). EDIT: The supporting band Vintage Cravan was also great. I checked out a bit of their stuff on youtube before going and was kinda skeptical, but it turns out their live show really impressed me. If your in for an energetic vintage rock show experience, that's the band to see.

In tux guitar/guitar pro you can press shift + up (up on the arrow keys) to transpose notes up/down a string keeping the same pitch. I don't think eof has a way to do it while keeping the pitch, it just moves it up a string and keeps the same fret value.

I’m a big mecha guy, and theres a strange mix of what people have made cdlc for so I thought I’d start by throwing out a pair of requests for 2 of my faves(tho I could make a much, much longer list). I play bass so that’s what I’m after tho these tend to have really cool guitar leads so maybe that’ll tempt someone in This first one is a tough pick. Getter Robo is one of my all time faves and with Jam Project taking the lead since the mid 90’s there are a bunch of really great themes(Can’t Stop, Storm, Dragon), and I’m seriously shocked someone hasn’t done a CDLC of Heats at this point. And I was tempted to request that. I probably will at some point. But today I’m throwing out there the end theme of Getter Robo Daikessen “Say Goodbye Loneliness” which is a pretty obscure one but has a really fun main line. Composed by Masaaki Endoh from Jam Project. My other suggestion for today stems from the super robot wars series, and is the full version of the Mazinkaiser theme. That series has a ton of great music so it was tough to pick just one for the moment and this barely won our over another one I’ll post another time. Sung by the iconic Ichiro Mizuki

I missed a chord in the ending.

Hey cs players I noticed the low volume level at Sheela Na Gig. Just rised it up in the ppsarc as high as possible. It's a bit strange that if I rise it more its getting lower again. Now there is the ppsarc v1.3 with a higher music volume at + 5 db. If it is still not enough please turn down the guitar volume in game. V1.3

Solution to CDLC not launching after rocksmith update, right click rocksmith in steam, go to properties, betas and enter "JustInCaseWeNeedIt" as a beta code then download to remove update solution thanks to Supernova. i have backed up all local files after this!

@ Pineapple88 and everyone else - this video I made shows how to properly install the patch and the description has a link to the GitHub where you can always find the latest patch. The current version is 1.6.
