Any independent artists who are members of customsforge putting their songs on rocksmith? I'd like to hear them and play them.

what was the last album that you bought, that you can listen to without skipping any tracks? its sometimes difficult to find new music, so I ask to help myself and maybe others find bands and artists that we may not have heard before or just great albums that are worth checking out. Ill get started with Alabama 3 - Exile On Cold harbour Lane Its from 1997, a lot of people may have heard tracks in film soundtracks and the sopranos intro. So what have you been buying?

A post a while back asked how to break free from Rocksmith and play guitar in the "real world". This motivated me to do a small write up of things you should know about understanding music, the guitar and how to play it. Since I know how it is to struggle at first with the massive amount of information I'm trying to condense it while trying to keep things more visual. I am not too familiar with the genre. Are there any good CDLCs available I should check out to help learn this style of playing?

Does anybody have any reasons why: Guitars are better than women. Guitars are like women. Women are better than guitars. I bought the Faceless album by Godsmack, and it didn't arrived still.I ordered at the 9th of January and there was 2 date,when will it arrive to me.The first was the 14th of February and the second was 14th of March and i still didin't got my soongbook.I even orderd the Billy Talnet III audio-cd with the guitar tabs,at 2 weeks ago,and it arrived at last wendsday,and that was from eBay.Do you have any experience/opinion about buying something at amazon.com ?

Just had to share this, next time any of y'all need new strings, try out the new Cleartones. I just got a set of Cleartone 50's on my bass and it sounds amazing! Even at low tunings there's no rattle or dropped notes :D I've tried several brands in the past, including D'Darrio and Earnie Ball of various sizes, and these blow them all out of the water!

After playing for 4 years aprox, spending most of em´ in RS, I probably quit playing guitar completely. Is not because I dislike RS in fact was so much fun but because I´m suffering of ear deafening and actually RS have increased this issue somehow, now more than I increased my practicing habits. Hey everyone, Rocksmith has really propelled me to do something I wanted to do since childhood, pick up and play a guitar. I may never get as good as if I did start young, or go play any gigs but I am still enjoying playing at home and also getting my kids into it. Now since I have not been "in the scene" I am not the best at knowing what is a good deal or not when buying a guitar/bass. Hope this is an ok place to ask this. I am using bandicam to try to record some play throughs with web cam. I get it to record but there is no sound. i have tried everything i can in windows and bandicam to get it to work and it just does not have sound on playback. i tried the exact same set up with another game and it worked fine. Is there a setting within Rocksmith that needs to be adjusted? I see people posting them a lot so I know it works but i cant figure it out. any tips for someone that is computer challenged would be appreciated.

A while back I saw someone post a program that generated the pitch from an audio file. Anyone has any idea what it was called or knows the forum post? Been looking for it and just can't find it anymore for some reason. The post was maybe made max 6 months ago or earlier. Any other alternatives are also always welcome.

Hello. I play rocksmith with the first version. At the time I thought 'why not make a program for acoustic guitar and a microphone to use the ordinary? " Now I have a few ready-made programs. Here's a video demonstration of some of them: 1. Tuner. It allows you to tune your guitar without any settings. 2. Trainer musical hearing. Program voiced a note. You have to play it on the guitar. These programs can be used with Real Tone cable
