#291078 Steam not working on Mac OS 10.7.5

Posted by I)ark_Seph on 31 August 2018 - 06:26 PM

@missis sumner You probably have no choice but to update to El Capitan, or even Sierra, but don't update anything higher than Sierra. If you do update, check to see of your RSToolkitWine still works.

#265088 Rocksmith custom song toolkit error

Posted by I)ark_Seph on 01 October 2017 - 03:17 AM

@King000000001 If your using the old Mac toolkit, don’t use it. Try my Wine port of the toolkit RSToolktWine here: http://customsforge....ases-9-28-2017/

Conversions, DDC, Wwise integration, Psarc creation, etc should all work properly. If it asks, you may have to install XQuartz.

#261956 i can't play any cdlc songs :c

Posted by I)ark_Seph on 27 August 2017 - 11:03 PM

Yeah. Alot of people been downloading the .dll patch before remastered was release. We need to update that, so we wouldnt get reports about grabbing wrong dlls. Download the Remastered .dll here: http://customsforge....tered-cdlc-fix/

Thanks!

#250471 Fade To Black Tuning

Posted by I)ark_Seph on 05 April 2017 - 12:23 PM

There is a little program that I recommend to use. It allows you to drag your .wav file of your song, and it will tell you the exact tuning frequency, and apply that to the tuning pitch on the toolkit. Here is the program: https://licensing.zp...chnology#tonart

#247931 no free dlc's

Posted by I)ark_Seph on 01 March 2017 - 12:39 AM

Everything in this world is not free. I'm trying to be nice here, because I just became a moderator, so I'm still learning alot, but if all DLCs were free, Ubisoft would have no money left to make more DLCs, they would go bankrupted, and call Rocksmith 2014, dead and gone forever. We keep the forums running just by monthly donations to try to get the best experience on CF for you guys. Now if your talking about free CDLCs, you just have to buy one song which is $3 or $4 in order to play 1000s of CDLCs. At least its better than you paying $3 for one CDLC to play. Were just trying to what's best for the community, and we respect Ubisoft for their great work, or else none of this would be possible. So, I hope that clears everything up and I hope you change your statement on this matter. Thank you for your time! ;)

#244107 some songs are zoomed in

Posted by I)ark_Seph on 17 January 2017 - 03:55 PM

Apparently, some people don't define fret hand positions when creating their song, even though EOF warns them that no fret positions have been defined. This was a problem when I first started making customs. So, every time you create a song, always define fret positions or you will get that problem that ya'll are having. You all are going to unpack the song from the RSToolkit, load the song in EOF, generate fret hand positions, recompile the song, and load up in game to see if that fixes it. Thanks!
