Did you happen to use imgur?

It switches dynamically one it reaches a certain resolutiion. Can you check your zoom level? You can do this by doing ctrl + mousewheel. 100% is default And check your windows scale. See if it's 100% under display settings.

What is your screen resolution?

Because you're on the smaller mobile version of the site the clear option isnt there it seems. But you can click the red flask and hit reset. I'll work on better options though.
