  1. I did that. On the first run, the UI came up as it parsed the songs again and it crashed with the log up. I tried to load it again and it crashes immediately. It does not give the dialog box error, just pops up the log file. First load: [4/5/2017 22:46:20]: Exception(DirectoryNotFoundException): Could not find a part of the path 'c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Rocksmith2014\cfsm\archives'. Second load:[4/5/2017 22:46:37]: CustomsForge Song Manager (v1.3.1.7 - BETA VERSION)[4/5/2017 22:46:37]: RocksmithToolkitLib Version: 2.8.2.0[4/5/2017 22:46:37]: Loaded settings file ...[4/5/2017 22:46:37]: GetVersionInfo made a good connection with the server ...[4/5/2017 22:46:37]: CustomsForgeSongManager.exe [1.3.1.7] does not need updating ...[4/5/2017 22:46:37]: Populating SongManager GUI ...[4/5/2017 22:46:38]: Raw songs count: 744[4/5/2017 22:46:38]: Parsing archives from c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Rocksmith2014\dlc took: 103 (msec)[4/5/2017 22:46:38]: Loaded fresh song collection file ...[4/5/2017 22:46:38]: Saved song collection file ...[4/5/2017 22:46:38]: Loaded saved song collection file ...[4/5/2017 22:46:38]: Loaded settings file ...[4/5/2017 22:46:38]: Exception(DirectoryNotFoundException): Could not find a part of the path 'c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Rocksmith2014\cfsm\archives'.
  2. Hello, I upgraded to the latest beta (1.3.1.7) and am having an issue with it starting. Upon starting I get a dialog box: "Unable to execute file: c:\Program Files (x86)\CustomsForgeSongManager\CustomForgeSongManager.exe CreateProcess failed; code 740. The requested operation requires elevation." If I run it as an admin, the UI pops up briefly and then crashes with the log displaying: [3/5/2017 18:58:35]: CustomsForge Song Manager (v1.3.1.7 - BETA VERSION)[3/5/2017 18:58:35]: RocksmithToolkitLib Version: 2.8.2.0[3/5/2017 18:58:35]: Loaded settings file ...[3/5/2017 18:58:35]: Populating SongManager GUI ...[3/5/2017 18:58:35]: Raw songs count: 744[3/5/2017 18:58:35]: Guns-n-Roses_Paradise-City-TS_v1_2_DD_p.psarc parsing took: 173 (msec)[3/5/2017 18:58:35]: NOFX_Dont-call-me-white_v1_p.psarc parsing took: 7 (msec)[3/5/2017 18:58:35]: Parsing archives from c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Rocksmith2014\dlc took: 413 (msec)[3/5/2017 18:58:35]: Loaded fresh song collection file ...[3/5/2017 18:58:35]: Saved song collection file ...[3/5/2017 18:58:35]: Loaded saved song collection file ...[3/5/2017 18:58:36]: Loaded settings file ...[3/5/2017 18:58:36]: Exception(DirectoryNotFoundException): Could not find a part of the path 'c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Rocksmith2014\cfsm\archives'.
  3. It is in the FAQ section on this post: http://customsforge.com/topic/22341-customsforge-song-manager-cfsm-official-release/
  4. I get it, thanks for the bolded clarification. It was stated that it may work with mono, I'm just trying to help out others that may read that and try the same. AGAIN: Thanks for your work.
  5. For additional troubleshooting, I installed it via Parallels to a shared folder in OS X, when I try to run the CustomsForgeSongManager.exe via mono, I get this error. I hope someday you come out with a OSX version, but I know it is a small number of users. Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Deployment, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. File name: 'System.Deployment, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' at CustomsForgeManager.Program.RunApp () <0x75de80 + 0x00023> in <filename unknown>:0 at CustomsForgeManager.Program.Main () <0x752ed8 + 0x001f3> in <filename unknown>:0 [ERROR] FATAL UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Deployment, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. File name: 'System.Deployment, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' at CustomsForgeManager.Program.RunApp () <0x75de80 + 0x00023> in <filename unknown>:0 at CustomsForgeManager.Program.Main () <0x752ed8 + 0x001f3> in <filename unknown>:0
  6. I get that same error when trying to open the package in mono from the Terminal (mono setup.exe). Error: Cannot open assembly 'setup.exe': File does not contain a valid CIL image.
  7. I use shared folder functionality that allows Parallels to mount an OSX folder as a network drive in Windows (ex. /Users/nick/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/Rocksmith2014 -> R:). When I right click it gives me PrlSF as the file system. I imagine that the Parallels toolset is doing a translation between NTFS and HFS+. Since my HFS+ partition is encrypted, Windows 7 would have no way of knowing what it is or how to write it, so something has to be "translating" between the two.
  8. Hello, I'm a Mac user that uses the toolkit, etc. in Parallels, but plays RS in OSX. I'm wondering if you could either put a preference or also have it search/support _m.psarc files. Thanks! Looks like a great tool.
