  1. @@raynebc Yeah that took care of it. I started over from scratch with the abridged option turned off, and spent a lot more time trying to notes synced a little better. That cleared up the graphical glitch and, for one reason or another, the note detection seems to be working perfectly now. Thanks.
  2. OK. I am running the stable version so I will try disabling the abridged xml. Thanks.
  3. I am also seeing this chord display glitch. I started working on my first CDLC yesterday. I followed the tutorial here http://customsforge.com/topic/1922-how-to-make-pc-cdlcs-for-rocksmith-2014-tutorial-wscreenshots-by-darjusz/page-1?hl=create%20cdlc (which is a little out of date) and downloaded the latest versions of EoF and RT. Everything went fairly well until I tried playing it and saw the chords were messed up. Here is the psarc file https://www.dropbox.com/sh/kxvky5nwo1q25nb/AABDR4-djJCVb41a3OfvFXOLa?dl=0. My note detection seems a bit spotty as well, but I want to focus on fixing the chord issue first.
  4. Just a thought, but do we have the option of being freebird on one path only? I've never really been a bass player and don't own a bass. So I jumped into the championship playing emu bass just for the fun of it (feel free to strip me of my wins and publicly flog me :) ). Guess I never really gave it much thought, but @@Steven Briquette makes some good points. If it were up to me I would go freebird on bass (freebassing?) and stay classed on lead and rhythm. I have been thinking about buying a bass for a little while, and probably will at some point, but for now it is emu or nothing for me.
  5. Couple early scores... http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/179411612554972709/7555256B7D2DC55EED3DC4A323081E744843AFBE/ Fun song. Seems a little too easy for adv. lead though. http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/179411612554970663/2C60E3E30F424B6F1B68E93BC57B240BD00401C9/ This one will take a little more work, but I think I can make it semi-respectable by the end of the week. Forgot to download the MC bass song, so I'll have to have a go at that one tomorrow.
  6. You have 2 options - level up and take the win in adv or - stay in int and take the win in int Ruling is you can only take the win and wear the award of your class for fairness reasons. Please let me know your decision! Well, the advanced stuff hasn't seemed TOO hard so far. So I'd rather join the advanced group (especially since that means I get to play Metallica this week :) ).
  7. Maybe I'm wrong, but, if I understand the rules correctly, i shouldn't be able to win in intermediate rhythm. I was under the impression that only the highest class you entered in a given week counted. So, since I also entered adv. rhythm this week, shouldn't my int. score be null and void? I hate to complain about winning, but, in all fairness, it should probably go to someone else.
  8. Finally got around to playing some more. Made a little improvement on these two. http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/179411612542172064/2DDF18EA60F6AD26138BA956DA3FF5ED05D095B1/ http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/244713172446702600/D531E874C0B14300CFE35D07A97E4905354760AE/
  9. Excellent song selections this week. Played three songs I had never heard before. Liked all three and they were a lot of fun to play. Jumped into advanced lead for the first time. http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/244713172442056402/0B2D6FF54899914C3406C347A9E2DEF7422F6746/ Did better than I expected. Then I started out with the intermediate lead since I TECHNICALLY didn't hit my 3rd week in a row of >97% (Lousy 2 stinking minutes!!!) :) http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/244713172442055326/DD27DCA0A4583386E1260305F6ED604D6BB06966/ Then I thought I'd have a go at the advanced song anyway.... http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/244713172442053988/E7CD667391FBAE224C132C35F6C37C34C5793CB4/ and somehow did better than I did on intermediate. Then there was the MC bass song. http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/244713172442052715/2AADAEEE94B35BA7BB4076E31D173DD4706E9E07/ Either my skills have improved a lot in the past couple weeks or this song is a bit easy for master class.
  10. Dang it! And I just did this http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/244713172440803304/89489E22DD8C9CC5C61D15FBAE9862269FD4B081/
  11. In case I don't get to submit a better score, here is my slight improvement on rhythm. http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/244713172432034072/84533F0A6041F4327E829CCFE0617DFF0C70484A/ Gonna try to squeeze a couple last minute runs in to see if I can hit that all important 97%.
  12. A couple more runs and a wee bit of improvement on lead. http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/254845729782868438/18DE3A9902BE73CAF4F6BF88A4A012D75D64A7C3/
  13. Had a quick couple gos on a few songs. http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/254845729779069146/B1FC9A08B1C197E7781B9F43D77524BD14A10C4D/ http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/254845729779068279/6A772EF3148B4405A133A4268C368CA77DB957A0/ http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/254845729779067277/8A826E9798639E27A725477B6CE7F8D87C972D70/ With a little practice, this should be a good week.
  14. Well, still not great, but I managed to at least survive through the song in score attack.... http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/367434986794419093/2F6AE25BEBDEA75CF5C88F714889BCB168D0450B/
  15. I am fairly new to the championship myself, but I am pretty sure GoG is more of a bonus challenge. There isn't a class for it as far as I can tell and I don't think every week has a GoG song. It seems it is just an extra challenge for those who would like to have a go at it. Song arrangements are rated on a scale of 1-10 for difficulty. 1-3 for beginner class, 4 and 5 for intermediate class, 6 and 7 for advanced class, 8 and 9 for master class, and 10- God of Guitar,
