  1. Happy Birthday Shakey64!

  2. My mac was out of commission for a while as I'd moved house but on sorting out the man-cave I found that CDLCs froze. I followed some of the advice here 1. I deleted Rocksmith and reinstalled, Game then worked for original and Rcoksmith's own DLCs. 2. Then ran the patch (do I need to place it anywhere in particular before running it?)and got the following message... Seans-iMac:~ myname$ /Users/myname/Desktop/RUN_PATCH_RS.command ; exit;cp: ./libRSBypass.dylib: No such file or directory/Users/myname/Desktop/RUN_PATCH_RS.command: line 4: ./insert_dylib: No such file or directorylogoutSaving session......copying shared history......saving history...truncating history files......completed.[Process completed] 3. I then added one DLC (NewOrder_LeaveMeAlone_m.psarc) but it failed. :-( I'm running High Serra 10.13.6 because I cannot go any higher than that as this is a late 2009 iMac. Any pointers that I should follow would be gratefully received.
  3. Happy Birthday Shakey64!

  4. @@firekorn Thanks for the reply, nope not tried that but I can do. Thought I'd check if some known issue before attempting anything.
  5. Hi, I've been using CDLC for years without any issues. I have a an iMac running macOS 10.13.6 (17G5019)) and in the last week or so CDLC songs have stopped working. So I guess I'm slightly different to the other recent posts who seemed to be attempting to use for the first time as I've been using since Feb 14. Has there been some sort of change to the core game or elsewhere that might be making CDLC no longer work? Does anyone have any advice for me please? Model Name: iMac Model Identifier: iMac10,1 Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor Speed: 3.06 GHz Number of Processors: 1 Total Number of Cores: 2 L2 Cache: 3 MB Memory: 12 GB Boot ROM Version: 213.0.0.0.0 SMC Version (system): 1.52f9 Serial Number (system): W89420FJB9U Hardware UUID: 2B0F400B-53D1-5172-BD9F-F68A7BE00EBF
  6. Many thanks Firekorn/weepel. Your (and your colleagues) efforts are much appreciated :-) I'm on 10.12.1 btw
  7. Wow, that is just so great! Thanks so much you guys for all your hard work and talent... :D
  8. On a similar note, strap locks are an cheap but important buy, as my best mate (who didn't have any) will testify. If you don't want to spend any money use the rubber grommets from Grolsch beer bottles. Better safe than sorry?
  9. Line 6 modelling amps are worth a look and if you have a smart phone iPhone or android (which they have just launched an app for) then their amplifi 75 is a cool amp to take a look at.
  10. My boy is 8 and learning on a cheap electric 3/4. Thinking of moving up to an adult short-scale 24" electric like a Squire Jaguar for him as a next step. He's average height and I think short-scale full-size (if that makes sense) is the way to go next...
  11. Ok, so I had inadvertently copied an older version of Mono, doh! I reinstalled Mono (MonoFramework-MDK-3.2.7.macos10.xamarin.x86-2.pkg) and latest package of there toolkit (master-2.6.0.0-4174fc7b3141.tar) and it now works :-)
  12. Hi not getting your meaning here Alex. All that happens is that the icon moves very briefly into the Dock then disappears. It does not open. I have the latest version of Monoframework. Do any of the Toolkit developers have any ideas about what is causing the issues with the Mac package of Custom toolkit?
  13. To all those that put so much into creating these CDLCs I offer a big personal thank you! They make a big difference to my playing experience. I will try and remember to thank the individuals...
