This definitely isn't a thing. I'd recommend doing a full virus / malware scan, and if that doesn't work, backing up then re-formatting. There's also the possibility that your speakers are picking up radio signals somehow, I would try it with headphones or some other sound source. If you reformat, change speakers, and it's still happening you might want to schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist.
