After seeing Fall Out Boy live yesterday... "My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark" is embedded on my brain, plus my mother has been playing it all day lol

@MartyV

hi, yesterday I liked it, but today Youtube doesn't show me the video anymore ( it says "private video" )

I never heard that band before, so I can't remember its name to search it on youtube

That would be Parquet Courts -- great stuff. It's pretty rare that I like a band so much I rush to buy their album.

Meantime, after a morning of listening to Television, I switched to this guy:

I've been listening to the Allman Brothers Band: Live at Fillmore East album. Duane is just ridiculous, and Berry Oakley really holds it down on bass:

I have been addicted to this album for about a year:

Yeah, Detroit punk! m/ The documentary regarding this band is available on Netflix streaming, btw.

I've been on a Nine Inch Nails binge since... well for years but I find myself listening to nothing but NIN lately.

So here's a favorite.

I got to go to a screening of that at the film festival here and the band was in attendance. They gave a little talk afterwards then played their set at a bar down the road. That was a great evening :)

I'm on a Television run. Bought this album yesterday (hope they actually get some of the royalties!):

Venus de Milo and Torn Curtain blow my mind (hell, the whole album Marquee Moon kicks ass)

I think Torn Curtain might be my next customs project... that one of 1880 or so (only because it seems easier to tab).

New Black Keys single!  I've listened to it twice now.  I don't know, maybe it will grow on me.

Hmm. Well it's not my new favorite Black Keys song, but I guess every band has to grow and try new things. Anxious to hear the rest of the album!

It's a Creedence Clearwater kind of day.

@Ally It's amazing that she was Cindy Lou Who not that long ago. What a change between then and now.

@Ally Crazy rocker chick is probably an understatement considering her views on suicide .. luckily for us she seems to be more interested in making music and name for herself than following her own advice though.
